Ricky Allen was fantastic at helping my…

Ricky Allen was fantastic at helping my partner and I through our combined house sale & purchase. What should have been straight forward ended up being riddled with issues because of the incompetence of two 'agent approved firms' within the chain.

Ricky was able to suggest multiple options to ensure we were in control of the process and had the best possible options available.

Using modern tools like WhatsApp to efficiently communicate and manage expectations Ricky heavily streamlined the process for us. Buying and Selling can be extremely expensive, but we were very satisfied with the value and reasonable fees.

I would not hesitate using Ricky's services in the future and cannot recommend highly enough Houldsworth.
