Generally, good customer service, the facebook group is frustrating as I've posted numerous posts and each one has been sitting since last year waiting for approval. Not urgent matters but questions regarding stock sizing and help regarding stock they offer. This recent order I'm rather disappointed with. I placed an order on the 15th March, I left it just over a week and still never received anything. I emailed support who Millie responded to, stating I should've received it by now but I told them, nothing arrived. The next day, I get a dispatch email with tracking. Whether they forgot my order or not, is quite upsetting really, when the website states 2-3 working days and I waited over 14 with no apologises and for them to forget about me.

I ordered a selection of Easter items to make hampers, the uv dtf quality is absolutely amazing, the mugs and children's cups were amazing quality. All items were shipped within hours of me purchasing very fast service would highly recommend

The quality of all the products I have ordered and received are amazing and I can never fault them! The team are very friendly and nothing is ever too much to ask for! 🤍 I’ve always received my orders, within the delivery time scales and some have come quicker than I even thought they would! HOB stock a huge variety of items, and so much to choose from, and the prices are fab!
In there Facebook community they keep you so up to date with everything that is going on! So you’re always in the loop!

Awful company, so unprofessional. take pretty pictures with filters and when items arrive they nothing like. Also charge 20% vat on kids clothes (check your invoices which clearly show breakdown). You cant ever return as the process is so long winded,
1. your order number
2. your query/issue/problem
3. photo of the order recieved.
4. photos of picking sheet
5. photo of packaging
the list goes on. even after sending all the above you have to wait 72 hours for a response. Avoid avoid avoid!!!!

I’m fairly new to a lot of crafting and HOB have some amazing products that have inspired me to increase my range and create new ideas. Their Facebook group is full of help too alongside many ideas!

Ordered approximately 20 uvdtf. The quality is shockingly bad . Feel very misled about the reviews. Half of them won’t peel of the white backing to put on the cups and then even when they do they crack and no it’s not user error as I have used for other suppliers and never had this problem . Don’t think I can actually risk selling anything I have made up as have a feeling it will lead to complaints . Really unhappy

HOB is my go to for all my craft needs! Every order has arrived carefully packaged and in good time. Never had any issues with any of the items sent and always adding new and exciting items to help expand on my choices! Ordered some white bags for bridesmaid gifts and one was missing when I emailed and asked they said they would send in my next order or refund, I said I would be happy for it to be sent in my next order as I was ordering weekly, sent an email and didn’t receive in my next order either.
I then ordered some DTF 2 x orders and didn’t receive either, checked the tracking and it hadn’t been sent, after 6 weeks of chasing I finally received a refund but communication was poor and made to feel as if it was my fault. If you complain they also remove you from their Facebook page and block you. Really petty attitude and there are wholesalers out there that go above and beyond to help solve issues and send missing items if it’s been a mistake. Definitely won’t be using this company again
