The end-of-tenancy cleaning was not of a professional level but of a domestic clean with many omissions like dishwasher, hob extractor, oven, washing machine, radiator, a lot of stains were left from the cleaning products on the floor and cupboard surfaces and other. None of the room was professionally cleaned and the third party deemed the clean as a "domestic level of cleanliness" leading to the flat being recleaned by another cleaning company, which we also have to pay.
Customer service is as poor as the provided services, communication was with Maria and Stefani. The company does not take any responsibilities for their services, and just stopped responding after a few emails. No refund offered or any other compensation, we lost 100% of what we paid.
Note, it seems that this company operates from several names as the quote, emails and calls were received from 3 different companies.

Scammers! Insisted I paid before then never showed up. I'm somewhat to blame but do not trust them.

First appointment got postponed. Second appointment cancelled in the morning. Avoid

Cancelled without notice - I had to email a number of times to be told that the van had broken down. We rescheduled the clean for 2 days later and I received a call on the morning informing me the cleaners would be 2 hours late. The manager is unwilling to offer any discount to account for the inconvenience. Also, this company is masquerading as a local window cleaner in my area but clearly is not.

This just shows why you should research companies-I was in a rush so chose a company advertising a deep clean. For a start, the cleaner who arrived said that she wasn’t trained to do a deep clean and refused to try to clean a certain area that needed cleaning. I had to go to work so when I got home and checked her work, bathroom bins hadn’t been emptied, the shower rim hadn’t been cleaned, the floor hadn’t been mopped as promised. Unbelievably bad! And not cheap at £16 an hour for a basic (in every sense) clean. Please save your money and either do it yourself (I will next time) or look for a proper cleaning company.

I've never felt so cheated. In fact the closest I can compare the feeling to was when someone broke into my car years ago to steal my CDs I left on show. I've not done so since and I'll clearly never deal with this company again. If there was a zero mark, I'd select that!
Access to reviews are available for a reason but I was in such a rush to get the flat end of tenancy clean done that I went for the first person that confirmed a quote.
This is a rogue company...full stop. Glossy promises, then no delivery. Paid for a 'satisfaction guaranteed' service and they'd reclean for 48hrs after until happy.
First, someone did turn up...bang on time...fab start!
However, it was 1 person, on foot with a large luggage of a hoover, no mop bucket and loads of other stuff...we'll ok
Then cash upfront. Ofcourse....hmm..but OK.
Promised to call at the end of the clean....Didn't...so I had no chance to inspect before she left...First main issue
When I did return, you know that clean smell you get after a clean? NADA!! ZILCH!!
Then my walk around discovered the most appalling clean I'd ever seen. My 8yrs old niece would do a 1000% better job. So bad, there's no point me listing the stuff untouched poorly cleaned.
My husband & I BOTH spent a week on emails and phone calls to them. Ofcourse the 48hr promise isn't lived up to...despite many pictures I sent them. The cleaner had dared to take several pictures as evidence of a good clean all of which were from a distance. It was so insulting. I couldn't speak to the manager/supervisor because they were put supervising. We they sure skipped supervising our place!! By the time they caved to send another cleaner (a week later), the new residents had just moved in with their boxes everywhere so it was all pointless by them.

Full of scam!!!!Such a pathetic service i have ever received in my 14 years of carrier. I booked a cleaner to clean a 2 bedroom flat in NW10, price and time agreed for 21/12/2021 got cancelled and rescheduled for 22/12/2021 for 12 noon, received a call for a confirmation, day before the cleaning and got cancelled again by email, they put me in a pressure before Christmas break and now have to find another cleaner to clean the flat before tenants moving in. I would not recommend this company or a cleaner at all, please avoid.

What an absoulte shambles!!! Unprofessional digusting mannered people!!! We are a real estate company a tenanat hired them for a end of tenancy cleaning... they came in to the office demanding payment before the service was even carried out £430. We refused and they refused to return keys that did not belong to them! The police was called! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM they were previously called CLEANERS LONDON which was dissolved on companies house for MISCONDUCT.

I wanted a regular cleaning service and on two of the three occasions the cleaner did not turn up. Nobody tried to contact me and there was minimal responsibility taken for the inconvenience. Would not recommend.

Arrived two hours late, claimed there would be three of them due to being short on time but only two turned up. Opened bedroom doors and looked inside when I had asked for all communal areas and not bedrooms to be deep cleaned. Bedrooms had tenants inside and were not tidy as they weren’t to be cleaned or entered. But used the bedrooms as an excuse for not wanting to clean.

Yelled at me when I missed their call, shouted at me immediately when I called back, claimed they were met with rudeness when it was quite literally the opposite. Seems like this company just tries to charge the max for the smallest amount of work. You’d be wasting your money and time going with this lot.

Absolutely atrocious. 2 hours late and I had to call them - nobody informed me. Had to wait in for them and extend my parking, adding extra cost. The clean itself was horrendous: bins were not emptied, oven not cleaned properly, inside of cupboards were not cleaned as agreed (included in the £120 charge!), items partially cleaned... the worst cleaning service I have ever had. They are now completely silent and unresponsive and I am having to take legal action. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They didn’t turn up on the day and only when I called they said they were too busy! Not even the decency to call me. However reading the reviews it seems like they did me a great favour. Absolutely terrible company

This is the most ripped off I've felt for a decade or two. Hopefully you're reading this review page whilst doing due diligence, rather than as in my case whilst doing a post-mortem investigation on how we came to book this company when these reviews were easily findable. I consider it an avoidable mistake. Don't make one yourself.

We booked the end of tenancy service. Our normal cleaner, who we'd have used if available, takes 3hrs for a standard weekly clean. This company's cleaner was packing up to leave within 2hrs.

My first question at that point was to clarify if she'd been told she was at the premises for an end of tenancy clean costing £130+. She had.

We then spent the next hour playing an annoying game of "just tell me what isn't right, and I'll fix it" before I gave up. We were revisiting items twice or in some cases three times. I genuinely don't know whether to put this down to. Comic incompetence? Visual impairment? Definitional confusion of what "end of tenancy clean" means? Or perhaps a genius plan for the customer to lose the will to live whilst technically the supplier doesn't break the contractual clause of "...to ensure your complete satisfaction and eliminate the need for any potentially inconvenient re-cleaning appointments"?

I've just looked through the 14 bullet points that the booking email stated the clean would cover. I can't honestly say any item was satisfactory to me. I'm not someone who complains, indeed I take the responsibility for this situation myself for not having read this review page first.

My experience was so ridiculously far away from what I believe was reasonable to have expected I've created this TrustPilot account to document it rather than go back to the company to resolve.

Two Bulgarian male ‘cleaners’ turned up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I went upstairs to observe their work, I checked my jewellery drawer for my own peace of mind. They had stolen my wedding ring and other sentimental pieces. We confronted them and called the police. I’m not stupid, I keep things in certain places and it was gone.
These people are filthy opportunists. Marina even had the audacity to email to ask for partial payment for the cleaning they had done. I’m annoyed at myself for booking this company and letting them into my house. They are nothing more than scammers, liars and thieves.

I’ve paid £90 for your service (a full post-building work kitchen clean) and it’s an absolute disgrace. Half of the cupboards - including the bin cupboard - haven’t even been touched. All of the cupboards have dirty marks on them as well, despite me specifically asking them to get the marks off.

The receptionist Marina was deeply unhelpful and rude. Despite the cleaners only leaving 5 minutes prior to me calling, she wouldn’t get in touch with them and wouldn’t send them back.

I am requesting a portion of my money back given I am now left cleaning half of the kitchen myself. If they don’t refund me I’ll

Long in short. Their cleaner spent two days to do End Of Tenancy Cleaning, but our checkout report said it still require professional cleaning after their work. I spoke with the cleaner again. She promised to carry a second cleaning. After her second cleaning, we still found there were a lot of dirt not being clean. I tried to contact the cleaner again, and she is not replying. Then I spoke with the company directly, they are not going to offer third cleaning again.

Please spend your money on another reliable cleaner company.

Stay away from the sad scammers. Also known as Cleaning Agent ( info at cleanerslondon dot com) . They are operating under a number of different guise. FAKE set up using London number . Sent over 2 cleaners for end of tenancy with literally no cleaning equipment . The guy even had the audacity to use my parking space to park for free. When I say the service was POOR I'm being polite. Not going to go into detail as you know the drill looking at all the terrible reviews. Total Joke and Total RIP OFF. Asked the cleaner and she told us she was being paid £9 for TWO HOURS work. They charged me £150 and tried to leave after 1 1/2 hours. Guy spent half the time telling the woman what to clean and being a total weasel trying to explain his way out of it. Have pictures as proof and when you call them they make up excuses et etc . Will now ensure that everybody across social knows to stay away from these SAD, RUDE , SCAMMERS.

Dreadful. Wish I'd read the reviews here first. I booked last Monday a clean Thursday (yesterday) at a specific time as I have builders in and needed a clean after them so a floor could be laid today. I received confirmation on Monday by email of my booking and then again on Wednesday when they called to confirm with me again the timing and process. But then, HALF AN HOUR before they were due yesterday they cancelled. It was now too late to find an alternative so my wife and I (who are pensioners) had to do the clean ourselves. And no real apology either. Do not use these people as they are very unreliable.

There were short falls in every room. It didn’t even smell clean. They cleaned around items. Leaving dirt, dust, foot prints, hairs through out apartment. They didn’t move anything and certainly no where near what was quoted or paid for.
It took me 3 hours to clean post them being there.
They sign off emails from multiple names trying to make the company seems larger than it is. They say they have no manager to speak to and no accounts person.
30+ emails to get to a point of minimal compensation offered £20 as I’m so exhausted by dealing with their lack of professionalism and now ‘their bank account is broken’

Absolutely - AVOID AT ALL COST

I have also been let down by this company. I booked them in on Monday for 3 of them to attend for 4 hours each to carry out a deep clean - i.e Windows, doors, skirtings etc. They arrived an hour late. After a quick tour of the house he said he would be back in a minute sat in his car made a phone call. I went to check where he was to find that they had left without saying a word. I then received a text message from their office to say the supervisor was not able to provide the high standard that I was looking for and therefore had cancelled the booking. I called and again very unapologetically was told they have no further details but that they cannot provide the service.

I have guest coming from abroad tomorrow and it is too late to arrange for another cleaner.

I have read through the reviews and it appears to happen all the time. I am now worried the bookings may simply be a way of gaining entry to homes ………………

I will be contacting Trading Standards and I urge all disgruntled (may have been clients) to do the same.
