Alysia assisted us with the design of our open-plan living room, kitchen, and dining area. She grasped our requirements quickly and delivered a design that closely matched our vision from the first attempt. Although I initially doubted some of her choices, my own market research confirmed that she had indeed selected the best options. We are extremely happy with the final result and receive numerous compliments from friends. Alysia made the entire process hassle-free. I highly recommend House Designer to anyone overwhelmed by too many choices and seeking the assurance of a satisfying and worthwhile investment.

Fantastic & faultless service throughout the whole process. Mirela was so helpful and full of ideas. Long story short, the date for my landscaper was brought forward which only left me a couple of weeks before their start date. I approached HD with my time predicament to see if they could produce a design in such a short space of time. No problem at all ! I sent a sketch idea and a few photos along with a brief of what I was looking for, then had a 30 minute video call to talk design ideas through. Mirela was great, understood what i was looking for, and within the week produced a preliminary design which was 100% what I was after. Within a few more days all of the finer details were added, along with lighting, plants, and all the design measurements. The completed design was back with me a few days later and in time for my landscaper starting. The whole process had taken two weeks from start to finish and above all I had the making of a garden our family could eventually enjoy. Our landscaper executed the design exactly, and came in on budget. Unfortunately due to the British weather, we have not been able to complete the finer points such as painting, planting, and lighting and will now need to wait until the spring to finish the garden off. The good thing is that we will be able to enjoy the full summer this year and for years to come.
I'm so glad that I got HD involved with our project, and cannot praise Mirela enough. She produced the design in such a short time and has given us a garden we can finally relax and enjoy ourselves in.
Definitely a 5 star service, and I would definitely recommend using them for any garden project.

Getting to a design was really smooth and Alysia who was my designer responded really quickly and with great patience to all my tweaks and changes ! On implementing the design I had a load more queries and Alysia always got back to me with great advice and lots of helpful ideas. I would recommend house designer - it saved me huge amounts of time and also gave me a design I could not create on my own . I also got access to their discounts with key suppliers . Very helpful friendly and proactive .

I required a makeover for my living room and found Samantha to be professional and friendly to deal with. The end result exceeded my expectations and therefore I would say excellent value for money.

Having redesigned my garden, I was looking for help in getting the the right plants to complete my design. This was the only company that offered different levels of support I wanted just planting ideas and best position for them to go
The process was easy to go through and having submitted the ideas that inspired me , a plan of the garden, existing plants I had that I wanted included -it was all sent to a designer Next I had a zoom call with the designer to talk about ideas and inspirations and answer further questions A week later the planting design arrived and I could comment on it and fine tune it if needed.
All so easy. Every member of the team I spoke to was so charming ,helpful and patient It was a big expenditure for me and I got support at every stage of the process
