Very good service. Admin called me in advance to confirm booking details and even advised on an adjustment based on their experience. I booked a one off, but will probably get a regular.

One Housekeep visit. Two family rings gone. Zero accountability
One Housekeep visit. Two family rings gone. Zero accountability
We hired Housekeep to clean our flat. After the visit, two family heirloom rings of critical sentimental value went missing.
We know the rings were stored in a box inside a drawer before the cleaner arrived. After she left, they were gone. She was the only person who came to our home during that period. We have strong reasons to believe she took them.
In addition the cleaner was highly unprofessional. She tried to leave 30 minutes before the end of the two-hour session we paid for. We had to insist she finishes the job.
When we raised all of this with Housekeep, they did not want to take any responsibility.
Huge emotional distress for us.
Think very carefully before letting Housekeep send someone into your home. You could lose a lot.

We take any allegation of theft extremely seriously. Allegations of this nature are very rare, and when they are raised we immediately restrict the Housekeeper’s access to the platform and fully cooperate with the police by providing any information requested. We understand the police investigation in this case has now been closed, and we have not received any further contact.
We appreciate how concerning situations like this can feel, and we will always support customers and the authorities where an incident is reported.

If you get matched with this woman she will not do the things listed on houskeep communal areas!
She also arrived late and left within 5mins and told me she has a phone call left my front door open and never returned.
Pls be wary of this individual as she will waste your time!

I booked a one off cleaner for Saturday…
I booked a one off cleaner for Saturday 11April, between 11-12pm. Come the time using Housekeep previously the cleaner would txt me or phone me on my mobile stating there close or at my door etc. On this occasion the cleaner decides to not call my number not to press my intercom or knock my door knocker but to stay in her car sending messages in the housekeep app that have no notification like other apps so you can view/hear them without opening the app. When i do open the app her phone is dead and my txts are not getting through. She cancelled the clean and took my money for the job that was cancelled. When I contacted support a person attempted to justify what the cleaner did and that was not call buzz or knock my door and that I was entitled to half my money not as my cash but a credit note because I wasn’t phychic and gifted to know The cleaner sent a message that I was not aware of. It ended with him not reimbursing me but providing a credit note for something I will never use again, citing he will have to talk with upper management to get my money back. Housekeep in this instance lacked professionalism with staff that have difficulty reading addresses or phoning the customer or pressing the intercom. They prefer to psychic link and make contact away from your front door in hope you feel their presences but pray you don’t contact them because thier taking your money anyway WIN|WIN for the cleaners and the upper management. Bottomline is I feel like I’ve been robbed and then forced a credit not for a service I know longer want from a Housekeep so basically they’ve taken all my money for job that was not carried out. Utterly diabolical.
