Nik kept us informed through the difficult process of delivery from Lithuania.
The oak cladding was beautifully wrapped and protected. First class quality, and delivered by two really nice guys...

Do not use company. Website and products seemed very clean, professional and promising. My first equiry email was quickly responded to. So went ahead and ordered £1500 worth of European oak cladding. Trust pilot seemed to have good reviews so went through even though had never used company. Once payment was made. All communication ceased. Would not answer phone calls, emails were few and far between. When they did reply it was very basic information. No actual confirmation of delivery etc. Every time I phoned the company it would take 10 calls, eventually answered gave me a new delivery date which they did not meet. Product arrived today almost a month later than first original delivery date. And despite the nice delivery drivers, the cladding was loosely thrown into back of the van. Products very warped. No attempt at stopping them from being bent. I will go ahead and use product as it is too late for me to find something else and I can imagine getting my money back would take much longer. Very unhappy. Will not use again.

Excellent quality larch and good value too. Very impressive level of service as we had specific requirements for sizing. Delivered on time and with care. Thank you.

We've just taken delivery of around 34sqm of Siberian Larch battens and coudn't be happier. The wood is of really good quality and the pricing very competitive compared to other on-line suppliers. Queries were dealt with very promptly and the delivery folk were very respectful and considerate. We did a lot of research into sourcing Larch for a cladding project, and we are delighted that we chose to go with HLH. We would certainly look to use them going forward for other projects.

Ordered the wood and delivered in a week. Siberian Larch at competitive prices. Good communication and delivered when stated. Highly recommended.

Found these guys on eBay after a lot of research for Siberian Larch for a home project. I spoke to Alex regarding what I needed it was delivered when said and on time. The timber is exactly what I expected.
