Losing my father on Nov 1st was…

Losing my father on Nov 1st was incredibly difficult and navigating everything that comes after hasn't been easy. As the Only child and beneficiary, I've been working with the Houseminging to settle his mining account statements and funds recovery. While the process has taken some time, I've come to appreciate the care and attention they've put into getting everything right.

Whenever additional documents were needed, the team explained why, which helped me feel reassured the nothing was being rushed or overlooked.

The entire team especially Leo has been kind and supportive throughout.

I so much thank them for the quick fast-forward process as I felt supported and grateful. It was a quick process, the transactions were swift. Overall, i appreciate their professionalism and empathy!
