Definitely use Again
I used Housemoov to sell my property and was very pleased with the result. They are easy to get hold of, and all staff try to be as accommodating as possible, for example I wasn't pleased with the photos taken but Jeanette at Housemoov was happy to let me use my own pics and refunded me the cost of the photographer. Good customer care makes a huge difference! Shaad was very patient in allowing me to constantly change my photos, nothing was too much trouble - thanks Shaad! And finally Faisal was very efficient at keeping the sale progressing along nicely.
The main reason I used Housemoov was that they still use Rightmove and Zoopla to market their houses.
Most high street estate agents have moved towards their own website OnTheMarket. I think this is a mistake because not enough people are familiar with this site yet.
At the same time as using Housemoov, I also marketed my house with an high street estate agent but I had many more viewings with Housemoov and they were the first to sell it. I should add that I also had an another offer through the high street agents which matched the offer through Housemoov (both offered the full asking price) but with Housemoov I saved a few thousand pounds in fees!
