Terrible !! I will spend my hard earned money elsewhere in furure I ordered a suit. It took ages to arrive and no way to check on the website. There was no response to emails or messages. Countless call left me frustrated. Eventually it was only sent when I threatened to withdraw the payment.
The actual suit looks nothing like the picture advertised and their refund policy is shocking. How can they want to keep GBP 25.00 for 'processing and restocking' ?? I am absolutely livid !

To add to this they have contacted me and offered me a discount on my next purchase if I remove this review !

Absolutely unsure of how a company like this can exist in the UK as they have no legal refund policy under the current UK law. I would not recommend buying from them and will be taking my concerns to the relevant teams to be able to receive my full refund and if necessary will be taking them to court. This is my first time leaving a bad review and to be honest it’s a well deserved one. This company miscommunicates the rights of consumers and does not abide by UK laws. Will not be ordering from them again.

I would give them a Zero. I washed my top in cold water and instantly the threading on the front became brown which proves these are fake. I complained to them and they said i could return items but i would only get partial refund aa they would cut £19.99 processing fee. Watch out all. Both my outfits were fake. Im £80 out of pocket and also £35 i paid for getting sewn!

Don’t do it to yourself. I read a mixture of reviews but unfortunately I ended being one of the unfortunate ones left without a suit or a refund.
I never leave bad reviews so just beware.
A company with a uk address only as a hun is always worrying. They don’t operate in the UK. They are operating overseas.

How do I return something? I’ve emailed constantly and there’s been no reply.

I was so impressed with the outfit I absolutely loved it! It was just like the picture and arrived sooner than I expected. The customer service was great. If I get the same service next time I would definitely use this company again!
