Wow! what a transformations staging can make !! Sarah provides such attention to detail, efficiency with huge consideration to myself as a customer, I cannot thank Sarah and Marie enough. My property sold quickly and extremely well ! What more can I say but give huge thanks & a thoroughly deserved 5***** rating.

5 STAR - We cannot rate Sarah at House of Arden enough. My husband had an ex-rental house on a main road that was struggling to sell with little interest and viewings. I suggested we use a Home Staging company as it needed something extra instead of an empty tired house and whilst my husband initially poo-pooed the idea as he didn’t want to spend any more money we had run out of options so decided to give it a go.

What a difference, Sarah understand what needed to be done right from the start and once the house was dressed and photographed to show its potential with lovely furniture and furnishings there were over 30 viewings arranged over a couple of days, multiple offers and the full asking price was achieved. The tenant left the house like a stinking rubbish dump.
Arden turned up and did a deep clean of the whole house, arranged for full painting to be done and organised the laying of new carpeting.
When this was complete they then staged the house with furniture, curtains etc. The house was transformed and was completely ready for sale. It looked really, really good and I would highly recommend this company

This was our first time staging a development project and we couldnt of asked for a better experience. The staging is absoultly beautiful, brethed life back into the house and elvates our work perfectly. The whole process has been easy, effiencent and hassel free. Excellent friendly and helpful service from beginning to end. Made a empty house look like a show home. The staging was so good that the purchaser wanted to buy some of the furniture! I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again.

I’ve used House of Arden a few times now and have been blown away by what they do. As a property developer, it’s easy to think that a new build or refurbished property with a shiny new kitchen or bathroom will sell itself, but by staging it, it really gives it the wow factor. Sarah and the team are so friendly, easy to work with and patient when timeframes change, which they often can in this industry. Sarah has even helped with advising on some of the finishing touches such as kitchen styles, floorings and paint colours. I would never market one of my properties again without using them. Fantastic service that has turned out to be a fantastic investment every time.

We sold our house through Arden in just a few weeks, and we highly recommend their Home Staging service. Sarah gave our house the ‘wow’ factor and transformed it into something with a very fresh, contemporary feel to it. Although the service will have a cost attached, if you have a property (particularly an empty one) and/or furniture which looks a tad on the dated side, there is a high probability of it being a very worthwhile investment, especially in the current market. It certainly paid off for us!
