Ordering was very east however the shipping did take a little longer than expected, although I am in Canada. Our bottles are amazing with incredible craftsmanship. I look forward to order again in the future.

Yeah, I really love the product. It’s beautiful, and I love drinking my morning water from my copper bottle. I haven’t had it for very long, but I already feel like my tummy is feeling better, which is definitely a good thing!

I'm am thrilled with this product! The shipping took a little time, but it was worth the wait. The company was very communicative throughout the shipping process, since the product ships from India. I ordered the water bottle and the two cups and all three are done beautifully - a work of art. I am very happy with the appearance of the product. I just started drinking water from these vessels and it definitely has a wonderful, smooth and slightly sweet taste. Love this product so far :-) Thank you!

I know how beneficial copper is to use daily, which I have been drinking from my vessel every AM. I am going on week 2, and sleeping better. More time is needed for other results to appear.
I rec'd the copper bottles in good time, no complaints there. However, since ordering from India, I seem to see alot of promo's on line advertising buy one get a 2nd purchase free or a free Copper cup. This I dont appreciate after paying $200 for 2 copper bottles.
The inside of my bottle does get tarnished quickly, I've cleaned it using lemon & salt a few times and needs it again. Especially the inside bottom.
So much better than plastic, cheers!

It's a beautiful bottle despite the fingerprints that are embedded in the copper but I have not experienced any of the healing benefits it was touted as having. At the end of the day I have a beautiful bottle that is very high maintenance to clean.

I have very positive results!!!! This will be my ritual for the rest of my life.

My hand hammered water bottle and two matching cups arrived on time and are beautifully crafted. As I have only started using them it is early days in regards to noticing the benefits of continued use. However, after keeping my filtered water in the bottle overnight I can certainly taste the difference.

The water tastes so fresh & clean. My husband & I love it.

Product is exactly what It's advertised as. It was delivered quickly. You are sent emails from House of Ayurveda which adds a personal touch and a great video on how to care for it. You can see that this is a passion for them. Ill never go back to plastic bottles again.

NEWEST UPDATE:
After much back and forth, it was determined that the company was not receiving my emails for some reason on their end. I was finally contacted by phone and a rep very kindly agreed to send out a replacement order for my damaged one. I have now received the copper bottle and two cups in good order, and they are indeed beautiful, and I look forward to finally using them and trying the daily method. It took some doing, but perhaps all is well that ends well.

To update my prior review, the company's response to delivering destroyed items has been to do the worst possible thing -- they come on here in public and act all concerned, promising to resolve the fact that my delivery arrived completely destroyed in the flimsiest of packaging, but then they do nothing at all. I have sent them pictures three times as they requested of the expensive items that were crushed in shipping, and they have yet to even acknowledge receiving my emails. (I'd post the photos here if I could.) So far, silence from them, no refund, no replacement of the damaged goods. Just empty promises about customer service and satisfaction. I repeat, I would not do business with this irreputable company.

PS. I DID RESPOND TO YOUR EMAIL, USING A DIRECT "REPLY." This is another example of you using this public forum to claim you're doing things when you're NOT. i'VE NOW SENT YOU THE PICTURES YOU'VE REQUESTED THREE DIFFERENT TIMES!!!

I WOULD NOT GIVE UP MY "COPPER WATER" for anything!!
For the distance my water bottle order needed to travel and taking into account all the fires and floods etc., I was very pleased with the length of time and its perfect condition upon arrival. I struggle to drink enough water because I do not like the taste of any water. I realized the first day that I kept wanting to drink more and more water. I LOVE the taste of the water in my copper water bottle and glasses (tumblers). The water feels "soft" in my mouth, the taste has no chemical taste, as if everything has been neutralized. I noticed within a day that I eliminate more without changing anything else. I have only been drinking my "copper water" for two weeks and I like how I feel... lighter with more energy. I am looking forward to the longer term results.

all i know is after a couple week drinking water from the copper cup I feel different better more alive and alert than i use to be. I am going to keep this up to see how much better i will feel. the extra nutrition added to filtered water in the copper cup is fantastic wish I had done this 40 or 50 years ago. thank you a whole big bunch!

Beautiful workmanship. I just started so no medical improvements yet. I have faith in the science and look forward to improvement. I’m 78 years old but active. I visit my 98 yr old mom three times a week so I have a good 20 years left. I believe this will help.

Only been using it one wk so far. Haven't noticed anything different yet but giving it time. Hoping to find some relief in joint pain and inflammation....help with sleeping better. Can't really judge until I've been using it longer. I know I enjoy the clean flavor but I fill it from my purified water system off my faucet to help take out contamination.

I bought the product to find out on delivery, it can't be used with kidney issues. Having just had a transplant it is dangerous for me. It should warn people before delivery not after!
