Still have not received my order nor have I had any updates. I have emailed twice and used the dispute option twice. I even included a tip on my payment. No contact. Either send me my order or refund. If no response by Monday I will open a dispute with PayPal.

The only email is the one I received after this review advising me of the order cancellation and refund. My phone # has voice mail.

I did receive my refund.

While it took some time to get here, I was informed about each step in the delivery. I will also say that the quality of the bottle is superb. I have been drinking water out of it every day since it arrived. I use it every morning when I get up and refill it at night. It was worth the wait in my opinion.

Keeping me up to date on the progress of my order is very helpful. The item I ordered arrived in excellent condition. The problems that I didn't like was the many stops that the item went to before reaching me, sometimes even going back to a stop already been to. At one point it told me it was out for delivery then it went back to a previous stop and took two more days to reach me.

Kept me up to date on delivery, sent a lot if information on how to use and care for the product. It's beautiful to look at and a good quality handmade flask. The water tastes clean and fresh unlike my tap water.

Every process in placing this order was perfect. I received my water bottle in no time at all and it's wonderful.

Beautiful work. Can you explain the values of copper to body? That would be nice. Is there such a thing as overdoing?

We like our new copper cups so much. We look forward to enjoying the health benefits we hope will come from using them. They are attractive and well made. Our order shipped from India and arrived within three weeks. We hand wash them and air dry them.

This took a bit longer in the mail with numerous delays (out of the control) of House of Ayurveda, but well worth the wait! I appreciate the authenticity, and quality of the water bottle & 2 cups I ordered. I love the card that explains care, etc and plan to utilize the benefits for years to come.

i've only just begun, but despite the fact that our water filter needs replacing, the first batch of overnight copper water had a bright, pure taste; bmade me feel very hopeful of what it might presage. I know we've lost many traditional healing methods, and I'm thrilled to be able to embrace this tempering of the very substance of life! My ultimate aim is to reduce inflammation, so I suppose I need to give it a few months!

Electricians ground all buildings with copper rods. My copper water jug helps to do the same for me...

I was really in the fence about this bottle. I read up on copper and it appeared to be a necessary component for my life. I order it and 2 cops for my young grandkids. I do exactly what the instructions say and have more energy than I have had in years. No aches or pains and feel mentally sound. I am 67 years old. Highly recommend.

I bought it for my daughter who has been diagnosed with cancer , as I think it’s more healthy for her to drink from copper , she says it has a lovely taste , I have ordered another for my grandaughter wo has Leigh’s syndrome and needs to drink healthy too ,

I love my copper cups so much that I ordered the bedside carafe and two additional cups as a birthday gift. I'm considering ordering the bottle.

not ready to decide

MY Copper Bottle is peeling off and it has all black and I Emailed the Company and they don't email back once you let them know you want a Refund which is sad ! Think before you buy something that you pay so much and don't get what you pay for !
