I still haven’t received my order. No one will reply to my emails. The tracking link provided is corrupt. And I was charged

I’m still experiencing this problem, it started about more than 2 months ago. I have ordered a few products and received half of my order with a letter saying that I’ll receive the rest shortly. I waited a couple weeks, no package, so I emailed customer service and got an automatic response email saying a service staff is reviewing my request. I waited a couple more weeks, still no answer, wrote again, same automatic response, no answer from support staff. I wrote AGAIN, and this time no automatic response and no response from staff! I wrote again, saying I want a refund for the products I never got and I’m hoping that I will get a response, a refund and I plan never again to buy from this company. It’s sad because I ordered from here a few times and I never had any trouble. This was unbelievable.

I have NOT received my order. Very angry, I don't like being fcked around with. Scammers.

Made a order on the 12/08/22 and still not received my order.
Emailed so many times no response absolute thieves.

Is this a scam business? I ordered online, got a confirmation email, and haven't heard anything else since. No order and no response to my email. Of course the phone number listed isn't in service....

My nightmare started 7-15-22 I ordered 2 cans of Rusk moose. Did not receive them until 9-17-22.Both cans do not work sent a e-mail no response I want my money back and a paid return lable. NO Response.I have every e-mail sent.

I've never had bad experience I've brought heaps of times through this company and received to nz but this last order link Won't work still not here + wat th f is happening? Ordered 2 mnths ago not. Like them +? Very odd.. Managed to find item its sitting in America which is so odd I brought like 80$ worth of stuff I am going to email them this is weird usually I get it in like 1 month the world on pause or something lol

I purchased an item from this company and only received confirmation of the placed order. Almost a month later I have not received the item, tracking number, emails or returned phone calls. In fact I have just been able to get TO the first layer of phone numbers that end at, "no one is able to take your calls". I am pretty sure I won't see product or a refund. This company should not be able to operate like this.

Not happy at all, I ordered some perfume in September and have not yet received it. I have emailed asking for a refund and no response at all. How can someone do business like this is beyond me. I spent over 50 dollars and for what? NOTHING NO RESPONSE. I want my money back and don't ever order with House of Beauty EVER.

My package has yet to be received ? And still no response from 3 emails sent , can someone let me know ?

Take your money quick enough but don’t bother shipping orders

I ordered 3 bottles of hair dye back in September. I only received one, with the invoice admitting it was on backorder and so I patiently waited for the other two items. A week goes by. Another week. Another. I emailed them to complain. No response. Again. No response. I requested a refund for the missing items. No response. It is now mid October. A 20+ dollar order and I only received 5.95 worth of product and they simply ghosted me! Unacceptable.

I just received my half order, I call to customer service that can't get through the phone. Their email answered, Still haven't solved my problem.

Ordered on September 22,2022 I never got an updated tracking number for my order. They don't pick up the phone, one of the numbers is disconnected when you call. The voicemail is always full and they don't respond to emails. Do not order from them

This is a SCAM! Do not order!!! I will be pressing charges

Ordered 9/9/20222 and have had no communication since! Have sent numerous emails asking for an order update, where’s my order, etc….. no response!! THIEVES!!!

Rated this as 4 stars as it will then show up on the HOB website. SCAM COMPANY! NOT WORTH ANY STARS! Check out the official Trust pilot website and you will see hundreds of other customers like me who have paid for goods and never received them. Absolutley no answer from anyone at customer service, no response to emails....just took my money and disappeared!

My Order #2158206 was placed over a month ago tracking link no longer works and they won’t answer my calls or emails after asking for a refund and being told they would check! Complete scammers! As a business owner your company is a disgrace!

I ordered in May. It was the end of July before I received my order. I had to order elsewhere to not lose a customer. I asked for a refund but got auto responses.

I was amazed how fast I received my hair, and the Hair was just what I wanted will be Ordering again😏🤗🤗🤗🤗
