I was very excited to receive the…
I was very excited to receive the shower steamer with neroli essential oils. The product is fine and much care was also given to the outer package, which gave an nice extra luxury touch. Yet, there was a small problem with the package of the product itself. The front cover was stained by the ink of the sending note it was wrapped in, which was a bit sad, given the attention Bilocca gives to the outer package. But overall, I am very happy with the product.

Though placing an order was a bit complicated and it took some time to pay (could have been our internet also) the order fulfillment and delivery were very fast! Love the tennis shoes from calla and they fit perfectly which is great as I have a significant bunion. Will certainly buy again!

I received exactly what I ordered, and received it quickly. It would make choosing the items and sizes easier if more information was given (type of fabric, washing directions, etc...) and if larger models were used (so the drape of the clothing could be seen).
