Absolute disgusting

Absolute disgusting
They took my 5 dresses order on 26th Feb 2026, and after that they informed me that 2 items are out of stock.i am chasing them like crazy but they dint refund me yet. It’s 7th of April and I don’t think so they are going to refund my PKR 65000. I should have read these reviews before…

Never Ordering Again

Worst company. Please don’t order.
House of Chrizma.

Placed an order. Order arrived on time. Got the order wrong. Sent the wrong size. They accepted their mistake and offered a replacement, but there was no response after that.

After accepting their mistake, they offered a complimentary voucher for another suit. They only sent the voucher after weeks of haggling. With the voucher I ordered the same suit in a small size, but I still had to pay for postage.

Surprisingly, they finally got the order correct. However, they then demanded that I return the incorrect suit I originally received at my own cost.

Absolutely disgusting service. Never ordering again. No respect for customers. They even expected me to return the suit with someone travelling to Pakistan. They also claimed they have a no refund or exchange policy for overseas customers, but there is nothing like that on their webpage.

Their service is extremely… worst

Their service is extremely disappointing. I have been trying to reach out for the past two weeks, but no one has responded.

I placed my order on 16 February 2026, and today is 8 March 2026. I still have not received my clothes. What makes it worse is that they are not even replying to my messages.

They require customers to pay online in advance for stitching as part of their policy, but apparently delivering orders within a reasonable timeframe or responding to customers is not part of their policy.

This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and frustrating.

Scammers

I placed an order for a dress from Australia on 24 December 2025. On 14 January 2026, I was explicitly informed that the item had been dispatched. However, on 3 February 2026, I was then told that the item was not even in stock.

This is completely unacceptable. Providing false dispatch information after taking payment is misleading and deceptive conduct. Customers should not be charged for items that are unavailable, nor be given inaccurate updates about their orders.

This experience demonstrates dishonesty and a serious lack of transparency. I strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this business.

Charizma quality is exceptional

Charizma quality is exceptional. They respond through wtsap and email. Delivery is also fast. Quality is great. My wardrobe is full of charizma dresses because there designs are so different.

Worst company ever…nobody’s responding…

Worst company ever…nobody’s responding tried so many times on whatspp and email but nobody responding. Bought a dress and the material is very cheap and third class amd they charge heavy amount.want to speak to them but fazool thareen customer service!!!!

Placed an order on 4th September from…

Placed an order on 4th September from UK and all 4 outfits arrived by 10th September, very impressed with the speed of delivery and packaging. Items arrived intact and I loved the design and fit Alhamdulillah no complaints! Thank you to Chrizma team in ensuring items are received as described and advertised! :-)
