The worst customer service ever
I really don’t even want to,give it one star. Their customer service is horrible. I ordered a robe and never got a confirmation email. I don’t have an account. When I tried to get information about the order I found they don’t have a contact phone number. I had to resort to chat, and they said they’re get back to me. They didn’t. I filled out a form on their website. I couldn’t get the captcha thing right and it always said it was wrong. I tried about 20 times. I found an email address for support and emailed. I got an email back saying I needed to prove I wasn’t a robot and to simply return the email. After that they said I was white listed. I have still heard nothing. So,today I chatted and said to cancel my order. They made me fil out another form and said,they’d get back to me. They haven’t. I,have now contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge. I don’t know what happened to this place. I ordered from them once before.
