Helpful, patient and full of advice.

Phil has helped me lose almost 3 1/2 stone to date and I couldn't be happier! He's always at the end of a message/call should I need help or advice and he's great at cheering me on.
And for those who haven't tried it, the 1-1 food is really tasty ;-)

After struggling with self confidence…

After struggling with self confidence for years and comfort eating, I was introduced to Phil. What can I say, my life changed from the very first conversation. I joined immediately and within 6 weeks id lost almost 2 stone!! Inches gone and confidence grew!
I truly believe in the 1:1 as a lifestyle change. My relationship with food no longer takes presidence over feeling good about myself. Thats because every step of the way Phil was there to guide me, listen to me whinging, give me advice on which foods were best and give me that much needed kick up the butt on days I felt like I couldnt do it. Which may I add were few and far between because truthfully its not that much hard work.

Phil, thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!youve changed my life!!!

Highly recommended!!!!

Great support and great products

Great support and great products

Phil has been there for me from the beginning of my diet.

Motivational chats when I needed them have kept me on track and helped to refocus my mindset to my end goal. My target weight.

Product recommendations as well as guiding me to new exercise routines to help get me fitter and healthier

Most of the meals tasted really good as well but I had my favourites. The Apple porridge is to die for.

I lost 3 stone 4 lbs in just 11 weeks. It wasn't easy. There were good weeks and bad days but I got there with Phil's support.

If there was a downside it would be that Phil makes you accountable for your actions. It would be no good trying to do this half heartedly, you really do have to want it.

But the downside turned out to be a blessing really. I reached my target. I would never have done that alone.

I've been maintaining my weight loss now for over 8 months and I feel great.
Even my students noticed the change and think I look so much healthier.

Would I Recommend Phil? 100% YES
10/10 from me
