Lost money! No way to report or call for follow ups

Me too. House of Fraser... legit right? Nah. Luckily I only lost £70. Not happy tho.

Do not buy cause this is not a legit website and must be stopped and reported. Police involved and will investigate shortly!

I made the foolish mistake of thinking that this was legit and so purchased a bottle of sauvage perfume

Two weeks later, a small parcel containing a cheap plastic silver ring came through my door...feel like an idiot for falling for this scam.

I don't know why I have fall into this SCAM. Ordered £220 worth of perfume on new year day . Did receive email and tracking number but it is all fake. Normally I always careful buying online specially from Facebook. I will try to claim back my money from my bank.

Scam lost my money learnt the lesson too late yet still advertising on facebook as house of frazer so angry 🤪

So ashamed that I also fell for this scam. No one to blame but myself. £78 and a fraction gone. Someone on this thread said they got a refund. How did they go about it?

This is a fake website purporting to be House of Fraser.

Do not purchase from this site with a normal bank or credit card. If in doubt use your PayPal account

Fraud and scam 100000% , found the website on Facebook and ordered £150 perfumes but never anything arrived also no contact details to contact them . Not recommended at all

Feel so stupid falling for this scam, so angry. About 100 quid out of pocket .

Please use common sense. If anything sounds to good to be true then it probably is

I just fell for this scam , unbelievable...had to cancel my card . Didn't pay a lot, but it's still frustrating as they are using the name of a famous uk brand House of Fraser . lucky to receive anything ,will be defo fake !

Fell for this scam in a moment of weakness. Company advertising with pop ups on social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram that look genuine initially
Said tried to deliver my order at 02.20 hrs this morning
Will try and claim back through my credit card as not hopeful I will ever see my order

Got caught on Boxing day...£103 spent on this site, I cancelled the debit card within two hours but it was too late. Totally ruined my Christmas. SCUM.

Nearly got caught only because it was on FB. Why aren’t FB forced to act? I can’t understand how they can hijack the site. Just shows how bad FB are and how little they care. Luckily I saw sense and checked them out. Very very clever scam but in the end the old adage “if something seems to good to be true etc” kicked in and I came to my senses. I’m very very savvy but even I nearly fell for it. The website is actually a Chinese domain but the rest is hidden

An advert for my favourite Chanel perfume appeared on my Instagram feed. It was ridiculously cheap so I was immediately suspicious. The checkout page looked genuine but I still decided to google the reviews. My search directed me straight to this page. I subsequently reported the page to Instagram.
