Excellent Customer Service and a Truly Welcoming Salon
Having worked in five-star customer service myself, I always pay attention to the experience I receive — and House of Kennedy genuinely stood out.
I was walking through the shopping centre when I noticed the salon had expanded into a convenient new location. As I was already looking for a haircut, I decided to pop in. The salon immediately felt warm and inviting, with open doors, a friendly atmosphere and a lovely energy throughout.
I was welcomed straight away and offered a same-day appointment within minutes. From the moment I sat down, I felt genuinely looked after. My stylist, Rosie, offered to hang up my coat, asked if I’d like a drink, and made me feel completely comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional, with great music playing in the background and a really friendly team.
After getting home and styling my hair myself, I noticed one side was slightly longer than the other. I do have very thick hair, which can make a dry cut more difficult to perfect, so I completely understood how it could happen.
A couple of days later, I returned to the salon and explained the situation. What impressed me most was how it was handled. Kieron thanked me for coming back and wanted to make sure the cut was absolutely perfect. He booked me in for a complimentary wash, cut and blow-dry with Leah, who did a fantastic job refining my bob. I was treated with exactly the same care and attention as any paying customer — never rushed or made to feel awkward in any way.
That level of customer service says a lot about a business.
Thank you to Kieron, Leah and Rosie for such a positive experience. I absolutely love my new haircut and will definitely be returning. I would happily recommend House of Kennedy to friends and family.
