Appalling, disinterested attitude
Unfortunately the owner was not present when we arrived. The lady who cleans the showroom was friendly and as helpful as she could be. We were shocked when the boss returned, cursing as he entered the shop, and his disinterest and attitude ensured that an almost certain sale turned into us walking out.
We were genuinely shocked by the owner's language and disinterest, and, as a shop that claims to be selling high end furniture, his attitude alone led to us walking away. Keep clear.

The delivery of the chest came right on time and the chest was unpacked in the van which was a great help.
The deliverer was very helpful and courteous. I have ordered a number of items from the House of Oak and have always been pleased with the service.

We bought a coffee table and a dinning…
We bought a coffee table and a dinning table just before Christmas 2024, Great service and prompt delivery. I recently noticed a a fault on the dining table storage area which had left a slight scratch on the extension insert. I emailed House of Oak for advice and attached pictures of the fault and damage. I received a reply within a day and offer to exchange the table. Excellent service.

I bought eleven items from the Keswick oak range from this amazing company. I live in South Wales so all my dealings were online. At every stage the process was seamless and easy, from ordering to invoicing, delivery time and confirmation, to the delivery itself. The furniture itself is outstanding quality! It looks and is exactly as it is on the website. I also asked for a brochure and received one by return of post. What a
company! Each item was expertly packed and protected and delivered on time by very polite and competent delivery drivers. Just the best experience I have ever had when buying furniture. I bought these items over the course of seven months and each order was handled in exactly the same outstanding, consistent way. In EVERY way, I’m so glad I chose House Of Oak. Thank you!

Faultless
Ordered some bedroom furniture, which looked great, but after taking delivery, I realised it didn't suit the rest of the room. The team at House of Oak were amazing and organised for this to be quickly replaced with furniture from a different product range, which looks absolutely fantastic. Excellent service …
Went into the showroom on 29th March to buy bedroom furniture. Purchased a chest of drawers. Asked if it could be delivered same day as we just lived down the road. Half an hour later the van turned up with the delivery. Excellent quality and service. I have bought items from House of Oak for over 25 years and never been disappointed
