Perfect

Tried to order, bank alerted to potential scam 🤔

Tried to order from here, Paypal blocked the payment then I got a message from my bank to say "potential scam, be aware" 😑
I did message the page directly to tell them of my issue, but to date (now 2 weeks on) i have heard nothing. I gave one star as i cant review items that i could not order. Have since ordered similar items from elsewhere.

As people will see, the owner has reached out me, for which i am very grateful. I have not attempted to order anything else.

Hey Jo! I know I've reached out to you directly, but would also like to address this here for transparency.

I'm so sorry for your first experience with House of Persephone! Your initial e-mail ended up in my spam folder, meaning I didn't see it in a timely manner. Once I saw this review I immediately had a look through for it and found it.

I'm not sure why there were problems with the transaction - I know sometimes banks may ask you to verify a purchase at a retailer you haven't shopped at before, or if you make too many payment attempts in a short period of time, it can be blocked temporarily.

Once again, I'm so sorry this happened, and I hope it doesn't deter you from visiting House of Persephone again in the future.

Gothic wedding guestbook

Received my order today of the gothic wedding guestbook for my friends wedding. Its just perfect. The little note inside was cute and I will definitely be shopping here again and recommending to everyone. Thank you
