Edit - full refund and gift provided after initial slow response.
Placed an order on 6th June and still not received. Chased on 12th as not dispatched, promptly given a Royal Mail tracking number, however Royal Mail tracking still shows the item as not received by them another 48 hours later. Avoid as very little contact details on the website.
