House of Sunny is AMAZING!!! I had the best experience. Not only did they ship so fast, the quality was better than I could've imagined. Not to mention, when I needed to exchange for a smaller size, it took only 1 week and was super simple. 12/10 will be buying from them again.

Amazing customer service and incredibly fast next day shipping! I ordered the Take A Trip jacket and it is literally bomber jacket dreams. Excellent quality and most importantly HIGH quality vegan leather. HITS all boxes for me <3 Will definitely be shopping again....

I paid for two pairs of trousers in March and when only 1 arrived I asked for my money back - it's July and I'm still waiting for a refund. Customer service says you'll get a reply within three working days and this is rarely met. The team via instagram reply quickly but they have no power to do anything to help.

This company is at best disorganised and at worst entirely dishonest.

Clothing runs big but super super cute!!! Good quality and trustworthy brand.

Horrible. I preordered 3 items months in advance before it would be ready for dispatch and spent around $400 in total. I only ever received one item from them, and when I contacted them about the other two items, they told me that they were now "completely out of stock" in it. I ordered these items months in advance to ensure I would get them, clearly they do not care about their customers and are careless with inventory. Do not order from this website.

I love House of Sunny. The prices reflect the sustainability of the brand so I don’t mind it. Shipping is always pretty fast considering I live in the states and the quality of everything I’ve received has been amazing so far.

The quality of the pacific peggy knit sucks. Within the first 5 minutes of wearing the piece, one of the buttons under the arm tore. When you produce a piece with removable sleeves, AT LEAST make sure that its attached properly, definitely when selling it for 90 pounds.

Pre-ordered a cardigan in February and was set to be shipped at the end of May. First they send the wrong tracking info, I emailed them… nothing. Then I wrote to them on Instagram and the person who answered was very helpful and sent me the correct link that showed the package had been sent back to them for no specific reason and it never left the U.K., I asked if it could be shipped again and they did, now it’s being sent back once again for no reason. Since I’m tired of having to run after people that don’t know how to do their work I asked a refund and hopefully I’ll get one. I previously ordered another of their cardigan but on Urban Outfitters and everything went smoothly, so bottom line is DON’T buy from them directly but from resellers.

Good and nice service. My dress was send to a wrong address but they send me a new one so I didn’t need to wait many months. Love the quality and the design on their clothes

I ordered 2 cardigans, but a bikini has been delivered. I was already very angry. I sent refund mail 3 times and received a reply almost 2 weeks later. I immediately sent the wrong item to them because they said they would refund the shipping fee. International shipping is expensive.

The product arrived in the UK but now it is returning to me because they didn't pay customs charges over 21 days!!!! I sent chase email about this almost 5 times. And only received one reply saying that I have to pay the custom charges (which is wrong- the recipient must pay the customs charges.) Seriously I have no idea why they have the customer care services if they don't reply on anything.

UPDATE 09/06: Customer service finally got back to me and managed to send out a parcel for next day, so the jumper has finally arrived! Luckily, it is really great quality and fits well so I am pleased with the item.

However for the numerous delays and amount of time I have had to take to get it sorted I would be nervous about shopping again. 3 months to receive an item on 3/4 week schedule really is a very long time. I would say order if you have zero need for the item in the next few months and are very happy to wait. Otherwise maybe try elsewhere :)

I wanted to love this brand but they have made it impossible for me to!

I first made an order March 16th for a cardigan and jumper. They were both on pre order for arrival in April which was absolutely fine. Big proponent of slow fashion and ethical fashion plus supporting small business so I didn't mind at all!

Nothing had arrived by mid april so I reached out and was told items were on their way. The cardigan soon arrived and was nice (although perhaps not as high quality as expected for £80+). I returned as it was a touch small and didn't think worth the money (you pay for returns yourself).

When the cardigan arrived on April 21 I reached out to check the jumper was coming separately which they said it was.

Then patiently waited and heard nothing for another month. May 21st I contacted them and they said they were really sorry and (exact c+p...):
"I will get this sent today you will receive a tracking email this evening/ Again I am really sorry about this x"

I said "Perfect - that's okay, I wasn't sure whether to message as I know slow fashion can take a bit longer but was worried perhaps it had been stolen in transit or something! Thanks for sorting"

May 25th still nothing has arrived so contacted again and haven't had a response.

June 1st contacted and no response as of yet. The jumper cost nearly £100 and it's now almost 2 months delayed. I am very reasonable and sent super friendly, patient responses. I just find it quite unfair that influencers are sent items for free and seem to receive them next day but paying customers have to wait months. There is a reason you only see influencers wearing this brand perhaps. They have the style and size I ordered up on their Asos marketplace but can't send it to me?

Hopefully the item eventually arrives and fits. I was excited to receive.

Honestly I wouldn't bother ordering if I was you - try depop for secondhand HoS items at a better price and that will arrive on time if you really want them.
