Disappointed with in lack of response

I ordered 3 times from House of Toners. The black ink worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the only time the color ink worked was with the first order. I have tried to contact them via email. Haven't found the customer service number. Really am frustrated. I have not heard anything since I sent the email in December.

I would have rated you 5 stars, but when i originally tried to enter my order at "Check Out" you declined my credit card. I tried 3 times. There was no problem with my card as I had used it okay on a couple other purchases. This was December 27th. I even received a e-mail from you reminding me to complete the order.
When I tried to phone you everytime it want yo voice mail, but no one called me back.
Finally-on January 6th. I decided to try again and entered my order, and this time everything when like clock work. My credit card was accepted/processed and my order shipped & received January 13eth.
I installed the Ink Cartridge, and it's working great.
I am at a loss why no one phoned me back, or why my c/card was declined.
I would appreciate any feed back you can provide.

Good price

Good price, fast shipping, and most important (unlike the ink cartridges from Canon at WalMart), they fit my printer, matching the originals.

High quality toners!

I bought some "bargain" toners from another company that turned out to just be a waste of money. And to top it off I can't return them. House of Toners product solved the issue. I purchased toners a few years ago from House of Toners that didn't work and they replaced them at no charge, no shipping and expedited the order to correct the problem. I won't be buying my toners anywhere else from now on.

Your lack of response to customer service ...

I made several calls and wrote emails about the problem I was having with one of your ink cartridges. I never received a response to either. I ended up having to buy another ink cartridge from you which was fairly priced and shipped quickly. I am returning the defective cartridge.

Refurbished Toner Cartridges

The first toner cartridge I purchased did not work at all. I then called your customer service number, eventually leaving three messages, none of which were returned. I also emailed; no response. I then looked at your site to make sure I had followed the correct instructions for installation, and the photos were unclear and unhelpful. Thinking that the problem might have been my fault, I ordered a second cartridge, this time asking a professional computer technician to install it. He had the same problem. Then I called Staples and ordered one of their refurbished cartridges and it worked perfectly, taking only minutes to install. Because of your products, I did not have the use of my printer for days.

Poor after care

Sent two messages concerning purchase order problem and waited 48 hours yet no response. Website says within 24hrs. Beware of the switch from HP 901 to HP 60 ink cartridges. The HP 60 DOES NOT work as a replacement for the 901. Incompatible message appears.
