Hi Stephen. Many thanks for your review. I can see that your order was delayed due to the bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately APC were not delivering on either Friday 3rd April, or Monday 6th April, and they suffered a subsequent back log of parcels through their system. I am pleased to see your wines were delivered on Weds 8th April, within our standard delivery timeframe of 5 working days. We hope you enjoy your wine!

Whisky order.
Our order arrived promptly and both bottles in tact. However, the package was fully open at the top and the bottles were visible. The information on the front of the package was not pre-printed with all the relevant order information but had a hand written note taped to it with my name and house number.

On this occasion your order was delivered using our own vehicle rather than via courier, which is why it may have looked slightly different to our standard printed parcel labels. That said, the package should still have been securely sealed and professionally presented, and we apologise that this wasn’t the case.
Your feedback has been shared with our dispatch and delivery team to ensure packaging and labelling remain consistent and secure on all deliveries.

They had the wine I wanted at the best price I could find. I ordered 12 bottle and delivery was free. It was also fast and I was kept informed of the delivery times etc throughout the process. Great service.
