Poor product quality
Poor product quality. My first purchase turned out to be faulty to which i made contact for a solution. Customer service were pretty useless at first, the simple msg to me, was that i was stuck with it and nothing can be done. So my second contact attempt to resolve the matter, ended up with a replacement product sent to me. The delivery time not great and i didn't appreciate the unhelpful response from the lady at Customer Services. Perhaps this was a one off bad experience so try it out and see for your self guys. I will not be making another purchase unfortunately.

Good products, but delivery is slow and customer service doesn't help much.
Good products, but too often the delivery is slow. This last time I've been waiting 15 days, and yet I'm to receive the parcel. The customer service didn't do anything to solve this issue.
