This was my first time using a virtual assistant service, I have quite a busy schedule so I found I had no time to deal with the back end admin. I reached out to krystelle for support, and I was truly amazed when I gave a brief description of how I wanted to organise my inventory and financial forecast on a spreadsheet and she was able to exceed my expectations and my vision. I loved her communication with me and her dedication. I am extreamly happy i chose her for this as it has helped me tremendously. i will be recommending house of virtual to other business owners I know I couldn't be anymore happier.
