Housers.com is a scam and I'm happy to prove it
I've written a review of Housers in the past, so I'm not sure why it has disappeared:
1. They added a monthly fee that they call "premium membership" which is certainly illegal
2. They only paid the interest once within most of the past year. (And they still took several months of "fee" from it!)
3. They have ignored the majority of my emails, including the last two.
4. Instead of replying to emails, they spend their time on review websites asking people to "please contact us via email and we will resolve your issue"
5. Despite not paying the interest, they have still kept the project as "without incident." If not paying your investors for more than half a year doesn't mean there is an incident, I don't know what is.
Certainly a scam. Stay away.
