The project I invested in is delayed for several years and my money is locked-up. Housers make false promises by overestimating ROIs and deadlines. A great number projects in the platform are failed.

Communication is simply a joke. They ignore your emails or you get copy/paste replies from templates. Just don´t waste your time trying to contact them.

The project appears as 'without incidents' in the system but they haven´t paid any interests for almost 1 year. During the last year they only paid interests once.

They started charging a monthly fee to use their platform. Since the projects are delayed, you have no other option than to pay the fee or make a new investment every year. So now, I am not receiving any interests and I have to keep investing in a platform that does not instill any confidence? Sounds like a scam.

I have several projects with them Royal Golf Mijas and Malvarrosa, I was a beginner and Hoousers has helped me a lot. Whenever I have contacted them they have attended me informing about everything. It is the best way to move money, with exceptional benefits.

this platform allowed me to invest in Milan, Lombardy, after a bit of time to understand how it works i started earning quite well, if you're interested in investing i definitely reccomend it!

Do not waste your time and money with this platform! They do not deliver what they promise. I was caught with their bonuses, but I received 0 euros. Communication?? Tragical... If you receive answers they usually are COPY/PASTE. Check further reviews here and see how they care about the clients.
I've just received an email that they won a new innovation reward... I don't understand what organizations can give awards to these types of companies that do not care about their clients...

- 0 for not having secondary markets
For investors who care about well-diversified portfolios. Do not risk with your capital and do not invest through this platform because there are for sure better options in the market than this. If you invest money through them you won't have a chance to sell your investments on secondary markets. That means you will be stuck with them forever...

It is a very pleasant website to navigate, the functionality and layout is very easy to understand which leads to a quality experience while using it.

1. Financials
I started to invest as test, to see how trustworthy the platform is.
The projects I invested in are delayed, after 12 months from last investment the platform started to charge, so for now from 12 EUR I have 2$ interest left.
The projects keep being delayed, so I do not have yet the confidence to invest more.

2. Account Health
I was called to submit a 2nd identity document in the platform, for security reasons. When accessing the platform, nothing shown any document lack or other issue with my account. I opened a support ticket: the 1st answer said my account is completely documented, a 2nd later message said that I still need to submit a 2nd identity document

3. Communication
I received messages partially in English, partially in Spanish - in the same message.

I am not pleased with my overall experience with this platform, I asked them how can i close my account and recover my investments at least at breakeven

So far good experience investing in a project. I try to diversify my investment portfolio. And housers has become a good collaborative investment opportunity. Recommended.

I invested in about 10 projects in the last two years and all of them (I repeat ALL OF THEM) are failed or restructured but in the end, the money is blocked and the possibility to see them back is really few.

I suspect that they agree with their "entrepreneurs" to not return the investment and wait that all investors to vote to pass the case to a recovery credit company that makes you lose all the investment and they do 50/50 with Housers.

Stay far from them, very bad experience, they are not trustable.

I am new to the worlds of real estate, I did not have any experience on it before. My experience with Housers has been very positive, I invested in a Unique Project. I am very happy about my experience. Hope to do business with them in the near future.

I have invested because of promised 100,- eur promotion. It is still not booked and i have comlpetely no answer to my support questions. What is actually no-go for an investement Platform.
The state of my investement is current, no interest payment was done yet and i could not find any payments schedule on the site, ui is not very intuitive.
I would not invest any more and will hope getting my money back.

They started well in 2019 but with pandemic all collapsed: no support, just 30 % of the initial capital returned after 3 years almost, almost no gains and many projects still very late or in recovery...not recommended at all, not serious.

It used to be an exciting platform but I no longer recommend it due to non-existent support and too much focus on marketing and empty promises.

The online process was quite easy and very helpful. I strongly recomment it in every aspect and process.

If you are into real estate investment I recommended Housers for you, take this opportunity to start investing for as low as as €200. The fact that none of this is time-consuming is a huge plus. Everything about the property has been taken care of. When you invest with Housers, your money is backed up by a physical asset, making it a far safer bet than, example, bitcoins.
