There were other platforms but HouseSigma is the best. The detailed information, transparency, and layout is unmatched. As for the sales rep -- Kendrick Blancher, he's a pro, knowledgeable, friendly, prompt, and navigated through difficult patches of the home buying process to make it a smooth an experience as possible for me. The journey of home ownership has its own unique challenges and mine was no different. Kendrick made it simple. His title should be Real Estate Professional. Kudos to him and his team, as well to HouseSigma.

We had an excellent experience with Juliana Montoya looking for a rental home in Oakville. She goes above and beyond to care for her customers. She is very professional and detail-oriented. We felt really comfortable and safe during the whole process of viewing the properties, and she gives great advice to ensure you find your perfect home. I would 100% trust her again for any real estate services. :)

The app is a great tool with more info on properties then others and employees who can back it up.
When I selected book a viewing I was greeted promptly in a professional amount of time. Scheduling was easy, Nasim was more then willing to help and go above and beyond to work with my busy schedule. Sat, Sun cold winter morning 9:30am no problem she was amazing.
