The sign I ordered was to house a ring doorbell. When it arrived it was basically a piece of acrylic with my house number on and some fixings to fasten to the wall. The sign can be pulled off the wall, not very good for security! There are no pre drilled holes to attach your doorbell, it cracked upon fitting. What a load of rubbish for £25, would not recommend at all Ive had far better for less money in the past from Amazon. Their response was 50% discount off another, no thanks !

I only just got the sign delivered after ordering it back in December. All emails that I send are just ignored and they also delivered the item to the wrong address.

I love the personalised sign we purchased. Communication with House signs direct was quick when I had a query. The only thing I wished I had enquired about was if the power wire could have been on the left not right.( Not even sure if they could accommodate this). That said, I still love the sign dispight this

When the sign was delivered it was brilliant. I was really pleased. However 7 months later the sign is ready for the bin. The sign isn't near sunlight, doesn't get any weather but the striping has flaked off making the sign useless. Contacting them they don't want to know and have ignore the communications and picture. I would save your money as this is expensive waste.

Sign has been delivered. Looks cheap and nasty, and the number 4 is wonky.

Lesson learnt

Ordered Thursday, arrived Monday. Well packaged and as ordered/expected. Very pleased with it and would recommend.

Easy to order, quick delivery. Sign looks good and easy to install. Overall very happy with service. My sister has also ordered as she was so jealous of mine and she has to have what her brother has (we are in our forties, some things never change)

The numbers rubbed off during installation. It’s now in the recycling bin. Waste of money.

Found all staff to be incredibly helpful when phoning even down to advising about forthcoming postal strike which prompted me to order using Hermes tracked facility. Love the fact signs handcrafted in UK and thrilled with design it looks super on my property. All of family & friends asking where sign from. Many thanks.

I ordered a contemporary house sign in black and gold mirror effect. The sign is cheap plastic quality with inferior fittings and could not be deciphered from 2 metres away.
Customer service was rude and made no attempt to offer a refund or replace!! Instead said I could purchase another sign with 20% off which still worked out at an extra cost of £39.99.
Avoid at all costs!! Waste of money!! And now are left with a house sign that is useless!!!
