Something just doesn’t seem quite right
Twice now have promised to send out-of-stock items at a later date, but these have never arrived and no refund was received. If an item is not in stock they do not send your order until you ring and chase them up (e.g. payment for order taken 21st July but order not received until 28th August following phone call). When you do ring, you are on hold for ages. Not sure if this is a badly managed small company or something more sinister.
