Completely ignore you and don't get any response from them.

I've applied a couple of times for a wall insulation grant through this site after been lead to them from Entitled To website.
After the application process I get a message saying someone will be in touch within 48 hours. 2 weeks have passed after each of my application with no word from them. So then my wife tried. Again twice, and each time yet again she received the same message again saying someone will be in touch within 48 hours.
After no word from them I try get in touch with them through email. 4 weeks later I've yet to get a reply.

Rubbsh, keep away from them

House wrapped told me I could get a grant for house insulation and heating, they sent a firm called the eco providers who didn't finish the job and left me with no heating. They would not answer my complaints so I went to house wrapped, Chris Fryer said he would look into it and has done nothing. These firms make big money from the electricity companies and do a bad job and try and get away with it. It is the consumer who gets ripped off because they are paid well but are just greedy.
