Not great from the start
Not great from the start. Offer you the world but not a lot materialises. I need a whole new kitchen and they won't look at a case unless the work that needs carrying out is more than £1000 of work. My landlord had an inspector come out and said my whole kitchen needs an overhaul (probably more than £1000) but this company only make their assessment from pictures I sent them on WhatsApp. But! They don't tell you they're not going to pursue it. They tell you they'll do a report and then get back to you. But they dont get back to you. I had to call them in the end to find out what was happening. Basically because it wasn't worth too much commission to them. They couldn't be bothered to ring me. Its taken since the 15th March to today for them to tell me they won't proceed. I was at least expecting them to send their own surveyor to do proper assessments.
