Quick and easy communication.

This was a fantastic apartment in a great location. Great excellent. Efficient check in. The apartment was as advertised, super clean and well equipped.

Houst has been amazing helping me connect with a property manager and managing communication and transactions between us.

It allows me to see past transactions and, more importantly, what's coming up.

It's been a great peace of mind both commercially and from an organisational perspective.

We have had a change over in property manager and a fill in for a period of time between last manager and new one we have had a few minor issues but these are being rectified with regular communication from Houst and ongoing support

Great location, very clean and cozy place.

In the few months I've been using houst service I've been impressed with the level of professional service, communication and bookings I've received. They may seem a little expensive at first but they do manage to get a high booking rate and certainly know what they are doing.

Houst is an agency I (as a property owner) have relied on for 2 years now. My airbnb apartment is 100% in their hands and I just need to collect my money. I have been an airbnb host for 10 years, and I now think I should’ve used Houst from day one. More money, less headache.

Excellent, great app'!

The apartment was very smart and had an executive feel that I appreciated since I was travelling for work.

I only have minor enhancement suggestions that I feel would make the apartment better.

1. I wouldn’t advertise as “Heart” of Parnell. It is on the edge and should be “City end”. (That still appeals to a lot of people) and very close to shops.
2. Kitchen - lots of equipment but it would be great if you could supply dishwasher tablets. Even just a couple.
3. Bathroom - good supply of towels, hand towels and floor mat, but there was no flannels. Also the shower hook for the towel is very flimsy, it does not fit securely and annoyed me thst it wasn’t a good spec like the rest of the apartment.
4. Please check the bedside lights. They didn’t work for me. (Apologies it might be user error!)
5. Curtains - A little bit fiddly to open and close around the pillar. The curtains therefore need those curtain rods to support opening and closing.

As mentioned these are all minor, I will be travelling to Auckland a lot (most weeks) and if I see the apartment come up I’ll jump at booking it again.

They are great at communicating and the pictures provided were spot on to the T

Everything went well; we received all the necessary instructions and answers to our questions.
They send the same information several times, which can be repetitive, but in a way it ensures that nothing is missed.
