Houste 

Ordered a Stanley cup. Took nine days to arrive, way over estimate. Poor delivery by Evri who left it outside by dustbins and did not knock or ring bell even though we were in. No email received either. Found by accident.

Ordered two gorgeous chairs but the delivery company never contacted us. David personally sorted out the problem (wrong postcode registered) and the chairs turned up shortly after! Lovely quality, very proud to own them

Having looked at a number of companies I took the plunge and ordered a coffee table and a nest of tables from Houste. Delivery was to the Western Isles of Scotland, which a number of companies baulk at but David the proprietor arranged it at a very reasonable price. It really felt like a personal service, which other companies could do well to match. When the items arrived, I was delighted with them, they definitely feel like quality and I expect them to last for many years.

I purchased a sideboard and dining table from the Arslev range. Great communication from David when I was initially enquiring about the products. The price was good and both products arrived the week after ordering. Beautiful, good quality furniture. The customer service was excellent, couldn’t recommend enough. Very pleased.
