Horrific company. Placed an order on April 12th and don’t hear anything back for a very long time. Every time I made contact regarding the order, I was told another ‘colleague’ would call me back. This never happened despite me calling and emailing multiple times in an attempt to hear something back. Was told the product would be deliver within a week, but it never came. Customer service is non-existent. Definitely a sham of a company

CS just takes messages, no action. Managers make false promises and then disappear.

I ordered a white balustrade from Houtcompleet and received a call the next day about the delivery. Received the order the next day. Very happy about both the product and the delivery time. For me a great experience and would recommend for others!
A complete scam of a company. Do not buy anything from them or you will loose 100% of your money and not receive anything. I ordered a staircase for 1300 EUR which said it was shipping in 2-3 days. After 2 weeks of no news I contacted them to cancel the purchase. They said they would refund my money but it has now been 6 weeks already and they do not answer emails or the phone. I've filled a police report and hopefully someone shuts down this company before other people get scammed. Next I will try to contact their bank and see if they can help me.
