I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Houzecheck for one minute.
They explained everything very clearly and didn’t put any pressure to sign there and then.
When I did sign up they instructed a local surveyor really quickly and kept me updated throughout the whole process and I had the report less than 48 hours after the survey was completed.
I was a little skeptical that the service would be as good for such a competitive price.

No hesitation to recommend Houzecheck
I was almost suspicious when I got a call from Houzecheck practically before I had completed requesting a quote - but this has been an entirely positive experience from start to finish. The advice I received helped me decide what level of survey was suitable and subsequently it was organised and carried out swiftly and efficiently. The report sent through much faster than anticipated and was both comprehensive and informative. All very impressive and helpful - thank you very much indeed.

Easy booking process and polite knowledgable Surveyor
The Surveyor (Paul) was very helpful and his report was very informative. The booking process was straightforward. I would have given 5 stars accept Houzcheck could not provide a hard copy. I hadn’t asked for this when booking the service however, when requesting a hard copy I was informed that they do not have printing facilities. Just something to consider if you don’t have a Printer.

Very happy to use Houzecheck. They have been friendly, polite, helpful and efficient. This is the elephone staff and the Surveyor. Had to use them a couple of times because the Survey Report ran out of time during the sale of the property.
