great experience
Everything is working nice so far. koncept, order, easy installning, charging, app etc. But, one thing I am not sure if it is showing correct information and that is my own trips with the hövding.

Until now Four stars
Until now Four stars for easy use , easy handling , easy setup and easy configuration, the only thing that can get me to five stars ,is if you figure out how to make the helmet as smart as the airbag vests, which you can use until the vest are done , you only need to put a new cartridge on , when the old one explodes in a crash🥰

Easy to use and stylish
I decided to by my Hövding after a crash by bike wich left me heavily injured. The accidents most severe injuries could have been avoided by wearing a helmet. Obviously I didn’t and suffered from a scull fracture. Lucky me I remembered still my name afterwards.🫣 So for me it was always „just a quick ride to work or around the corner“ without helmet. Could have been the last one. The bike airbag by Hövding is super comfortable, easy to use and even stylish ( if that’s something that bothers you) and it prevents from injuries like mine.

Delivery was a problem and the emailing…
Delivery was a problem and the emailing of the progress of delivery did not work.
Finally after roughly two weeks the Hövding was delivered.
however the product itself is great and the instruction online are very clear and helpful.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. To have a helmet you need to have an app on your phone and because that doesn't even work you will also need a PC to even be able to get battery on their product. Worst customer support ever

I never received my package
I never got my Hövding because the PostNord shop refused to give it to me and returned it to Hövding instead. It was not directly Hövdings fault but they were dont able to do anything to avoid the return. That was not satisfactory. They should have other delivery options.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience. I recently had to contact customer service to have my helmet replaced. The customer service team was very responsive and professional. I received a new helmet within a few days at no cost. I'm very grateful and proud to be a Hovding customer. Thank you and congrats to all the team.

Good products but poor delivery…
Good products but poor delivery experience. Order at home address and Hövding send the parcel to a DPD pickup station that open Mo - We 10 - 15. I can't get the parcel at that time.
Update 06.08.:Thx for you answer. Just don't ship to drop off shops and don't tell the customer.

interaction with the chat bot
the interaction with the chat bot is continously frustrating - prior and after purchase. no direct customer support availabale, no email. I had questions not covered in the FAQs and still have no answer regarding secuirty features. Annoying.
Otherwise the product itself is comfortable and easy to wear.

It‘s great! I feel save, it’s easy to wear and the battery lasts very long! Only the App doesn‘t work the right way- sonetimes the rides are registrated, but often not.

you didnt provide any invoice, and when I contacted your customer service through the chat, they also declined the request.
after an hour an invoice came to my inbox, but sending an invoice shouldnt be a great deal and must be provided with every purchase, especially company purchases.
