Honestly the worst letting agency ever. No cooler for months, water leaking into the living room. Bath water coming up in the sink and they won’t do anything about it, paying a fortune in rent. Seriously would never go through them again
One of the most annoying experiences of renting a flat. The only time they moved quickly was to reply to a google review I wrote giving them poor for their lack of service. Tell you have option to pay 6 months rent in advance one day, tell you you don't have that option the next day by another member of staff. Tell you not to be rude when they take a week to review yr perfectly good credit reference & that now you don't qualify cos your guarantor don't own UK property. Nothing on web site to confirm that prior to paying holding fee just their word they told us. And if its all our fault why pay back holding fee?? Daughter homeless due to their lack of pace. One day after paying holding fee were sent email stating landlord happy for us to be tenant, that's before any credit checks? Total shambles.
