Hover 1 give me my money back!!!!!

Hover 1 give me my money back!!!!!! I bought 4 hoverboard for Christmas as gifts to my family and non works I need my 600 back!!!!! Called customer service ( no response) submitted about 5 ticket since December 27 ( no response) it’s feb 3rd no response from this company… this is THEFT!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!

Customer Service does not exist

I purchased a hover board for my son during a Prime Deal day on Amazon. I bought it months in advance for his birthday. Since it has been more than 30 days, I cannot return the hover board. It worked one time on the current charge. Now the battery will not charge. Submitted a ticket 3 weeks ago and I cannot get a response.

I have tried calling their support phone number. "Due to high demand a live representative is not available to take your call". Their advice is to check the FAQ's on their website or submit a ticket. So far neither has provided a solution.

Horrid customer service

The customer service at this company is horrid. I concur with other users comments, nobody EVER answers the phone and while I did receive a response after I created a ticket, the responses stopped after the first one. I asked someone to call me, but nada. The scooter itself worked well until I created a problem. Just looking for their help to get it fixed, but cannot get any help from them. Buyer beware, if you ever have any problems you are on your own! Separately I got flats on both tires within a month. I was able to replace the tubes with higher quality tubes. The original tubes they use are cheap and thin.

Customer Service at Hover-1 is unresponsive

Customer Service at Hover-1 appears to not exist or is incredibly terrible. Ordered a hoverboard on 11-December as a Christmas gift for my son on 25-December. Despite the 7 to 10 day delivery expectation stated by Hover-1 at a checkout, it was delivered 27-December with no indication before then that it would be delayed. At this point, I had provided a different gift to my son for Christmas on 25-December so I need to return the item.

I have attempted to get a hold of customer service via phone no less than 25 times per n different days of week and different times of day but always receive an automated message that “no representatives are available”, then call terminates from their end. I’ve tried emailing customer service per the email address support@hover-1. No response. I’ve created a ticket via their support site. I received automated email back bits going on three weeks with no response despite my follow up emails to support@hover-1. Such a disappointment. Lesson learned to never order direct from them.

JUST AVOID ALTOGETHER. HUGE RISK!!

We got these Rockers as xmas gifts for my 3 girls. I am still in shock and find both product and manufacturer incredibly disappointing and somewhat dishonest. (more so heart-breaking for my young-in's) .One did not power ON at all straight out the box and the other two only have one side light up after one day of use. These xmas gifts did not EVEN make it into the new year. Extremely shocking especially as they didn't even touch them till Dec 27th because ofcos they had to play with dolls first and get tired of that b4 being interested in hoverboards. I couldn't stand the sadness and morose faces of my kids. So i bought one more from Amazon. Same issue so safe to assume its definitely a bad batch out there. AVOID if losing the money will damage you financially!! You WILL lose the money because U cant get any support/refund in the UK!!

This company is a SCAM!!!! DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY

They will send you dead items and will not write back to you. I ordered a hoverboard for my son for Christmas 12/25/23 they sent him a dead hoverboard. So I tried calling the number but no reply. Somebody need to sew them.they have such a bad reputation for dead and damage products. They will do nothing for their customers. The hoverboard that I ordered didn’t even come with the serial number and the original box. I’m highly disappointed. Please do not purchase.

Why is it that Hover-1 literally does…

Why is it that Hover-1 literally does nothing for their consumer? I have read so many of these situations of the product coming dead. I purchased the Ranger-Pro and it is doing the same thing of turning on when charger is plugged, but dies immediately when unplugged.

I have called today 12-13 times in a row and it has the same recording saying all customer reps are busy and to visit their website. I emailed them 2 weeks ago.

This company either needa to shut it's doors or respond to people and fix their mistakes. I submitted a formal complaint with Best Buy where I made the purchase. Answer your consumer Hover-1.....

Dead out of the box no solve almost a month later

I ordered directly from the company 11/26/23 it took a long time to ship but did come on time 3 days before Christmas. It was my sons " santa " gift and 1 of like 4 things he even asked for this year.
Christmas comes. He opens it. It doesn't charge we leave it all day says it is charged lights up and beeps- until we unplug the charger then nothing. I tried all the trouble shooting I could. I went in the app forum and it seems to be a wide spread issue. I created a ticket on Christmas and got an automated response. I understand they may be out with the holidays, but it's now been almost 2 weeks. No reply. I reached out on Instagram no reply. They have all Commenting off.
I this point it seems like they need to have a recall situation and just refund everyone's money. So many people are having the same issue I don't think I want a new one....
I have one disappointment 10 year old barely holding on to the Magic and a broken toy with no solve.

Scam!

Scam!! Do NOT BUY!! This company will steal you money and hide out until you give up. F rating on BBB - for a reason. We bought a hover-1 ultra go cart combo for a Christmas gift. When my Grandson opened the box there was no charger. I went on the website to order one and just bypass the warranty and exchange process but they are out of stock. I have attempted since Christmas Day to call the company for the charger and no one answers . I have placed two service tickets and no answers to those either . Obviously this company is an absolute scam. A universal charger may work but I’m scared it could start a fire that they blame on universal chargers instead of the terrible products.

Ordered a hoverboard charger on…

Ordered a hoverboard charger on december 8th. 4 days later I check the tracking and it says they created a shipping label. Now almost 4 weeks later it still just says shipping label created. Customer service number just says that they arent taking calls because theyre too busy. And 3
tickets have gone unanswered.
Absolutely ridiculous.

Ordered 3 hoverboards for my children…

Ordered 3 hoverboards for my children for Christmas, a Santa gift, I was unable to give them to them as they did not arrive in time. 2 arrived a day late and the 3rd never arrived. I am still waiting, I can’t get in touch with the company. Only an automated recording. Tried emailing but, I need to speak to a customer service rep.

I will never purchase from them again!

I placed order 7345 on 10/21/23. My order was marked as delivered to customer. I never received my order and contacted them. Like other complaints say that automated system picks up all the time. I was able to speak to a human twice. I was basically told there’s nothing they can do and to dispute the charge. Horrible customer service. So I decided to open a claim with ups. Ups approved the claim on 11/16 for refund but unfortunately they have to go through the sender (hover 1) Hover 1 has been dragging their feet and not filling out the paperwork that’s needed to process my refund. This is very unprofessional. I keep being told they are waiting on someone from the warehouse to do it. I have sent 3 emails that have yet to be answered. It is now 12/22/23 and I still don’t have a refund for my order. It definitely would’ve been more easy to just dispute the charge! BUYERS BEWARE‼️

No customer service

I ordered a hoverboard with seat attachment way back in November so it would arrive by Christmas (as the website stated). It’s now less than a week before Christmas and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I have called the “customer service” number many times and no one ever answers it, it’s just an automated message. There is no customer service help. I’ve emailed them twice to no avail. I’m so disappointed. Do not order from this company.

I was scammed!

I order a hover 1 allstar 2.0 and was informed a week after that my order was cancelled. The email said I would be getting a full refund but I still have not received a refund. I'm hella pissed. I can't afford to just loose money. What a way to ruin a Christmas present! Tried to call the number and it was a recording saying call back on regular business day. I called on a Friday at 11 am. How is that not regular business hours?!?! Do not buy from hover1.com plain and simple! They will scan you out of your money and not provide the promised product!

We do issue a refund instantly however it is banking institution reliant and can take your baby where from 3 to 5 days to refund you. Specifically to the support number we again apologize however the recording we incorrect our call volume we very high and due to this we were suggesting calling us back next business day as apposed to waiting on hold for extended times to speak with a representative

I paid $2,000 for an e-bike from this…

I paid $2,000 for an e-bike from this company through Amazon. Arrived missing bolts. Their customer support phone number is not manned by a person, just a recording telling you to call back during business hours, even when you're calling at 1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday. It's a fake number, they don't have a customer support team working the phones at all! All I need is a bolt that costs about 50 cents, and is preventing me from using my $2,000 new bike! Amazon submitted a ticket, but I did not get an email from them. Now I have to figure out how to return this item that was delivered by two guys in a moving truck. Seriously, how do they stay in business?

Update: The company responded stating their phone number is not fake and wants to know how they can help. Here is how. Tell me exactly what time, and on what day I should call the 1-800 support number and have someone answer the line, instead of a recording telling me to call back during regular hours. It's simple, answer the phone!

This company is an absolute joke

This company is an absolute joke. We purchased a Hoverboard with Kart attachment, the wheel on the kart is unusable, basically the race/bearings were not pressed properly and it has wedged itself so the wheel cannot turn. Unfortunately we moved house in the meantime meaning it was too late to take it back to Argos (not the companys fault). I tried emailing their support and got a reply months later saying if I confirmed the model they would send a replacement. Several months later still and nothing. How can you take months to reply to an email, then answer like nothing has happened? An absolute mockery of customer service, it would have been more honest if you just sent an automated reply saying you don't give a toss.
If anyone else is thinking of buying a product from Hover 1 for their kids, please do yourself a favour and read the reviews first. A joke.

Bad Customer Support!!!

I bought a ranger + hoverboard for my grandson last Christmas 2022. Soon after the purchase the battery charger was defective. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with customer service only for them to tell me the battery chargers are not in stock. This has been going on for several months now. How can a company sell a product without service and parts is beyond me! They tell me I can't buy another battery charger and I can only buy theirs. Again I purchased this last Christmas of 2022 and it is now August of 2023 and I still don't have a battery charger. The replies I have been getting from Hover are absurd and they could care less. The last e-mail from them said sorry that you are out of warranty!!! Again I have been trying to contact them for several months. I would not recommend their products to anyone and if anyone asks me I will gladly tell them buyer beware!

Purchased a Hover-1 Rival

Purchased a Hover-1 Rival from Argos July 2022 only used a couple of times that year then went to use again June 2023 to find battery only had a life of 20 mins of normal use took back to Argos but they said I would need a reference number from Hover-1 so tried calling them only to get message that they are very busy and to email them so emailed explaining the issue but after a week and sending another email no reply. so took it back to Argos and told them I have been unable to get a response from Hover-1 they asked if I would like a replacement but as the board is clearly not fit for purpose as battery should last longer than a year I said no, they gave me a full refund. The Customer Service for this company are also not fit for purpose and would never purchase anything from them again

Bought a hover 1 hoverboard with kart…

Bought a hover 1 hoverboard with kart attachment from argos (United Kingdom)
First item was cracked in the box so took back same day. Second item picked up and had no straps to attach the board to the kart. My daughter has not been able to use her birthday present since 13th July 2023. I have sent a ticket with zero response and it is highly frustrating having spent hundreds on an item which is cannot be used, with no reply, help or idea when it will be sorted. If I could give zero stars I would.
