Bought my son a hover board for Christmas, by middle of January it stopped working.
Couldn’t get hold of anyone.
Finally in feb spoke to someone on their messenger on Facebook, who informed me I needed to pay for the return for them to look at it. And sent us the address with a comment saying, let me know when you’ve sent it.

Received the hoverboard however it wouldn’t charge from the start. I was advised replacement would be issued. Not received the replacement or any tracking details and now they are not replying to messages / emails.
Updated - After initial issues the company responded and sent a replacement battery and charger. (Sight delay due to the weather and courier)The hoverboard now works and charges.

He absolutely loves it when he is not on his bike he is on his cart.
Since we bought it he has never had one problem with it would recommend anyone wanting one to buy from this company first class product and service..I am going to buy one this year for Our Grandson Harry he can't wait.

Hoverboard and cart bought for our Grandson for Christmas, the welding broke after a few hours of use in two places and I sent photographs of the damage and an email asking for an exchange .I was advised by email I could PURCHASE a replacement with a 50% discount. I phoned to explain that it was faulty and I should not have too pay anything,the man on the call refused saying that the damage was caused by stones which was not the case .Eventually I ran out of patience and told him I would pay 50% discount and to send a replacement. He then relented and said he would speak to a colleague to see what they could do .I received an email advising that they would send out Replacement for the damaged parts.This was done quite quickly however when received parts were white to go with a black unit and had been scratched in transit and one of the damaged parts was missing After contacting them again 10 days later The other part was received. Had an exchange been offered in full in the first place I would not have given this one star review.

Problems resolved
Ordered the kids hoverboard and kart with their birthday money. One arrived with broken seat, not sellers fault. One week later replacement seat arrived and one day after using hoverboard is stopped working. Company were in touch swiftly asking for video of malfunctioning hoverboard. This was sent. 3 days later, 3 emails chasing this and one very upset little boy..... Still no reply or resolution offered! No answer to the telephone number provided either. * update * seller has been in contact and fully resolved. Hoverboard sent back and fixed. Now on route back to us.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service. Responded to messages immediately, even outside office opening hours. Ordered Friday 9am and received before Saturday 9am. Board is great, seven year old son loves it. Would definitely use company again.

Ordered 2 hoverboards and karts for Christmas presents. One is faulty, no response from online contact form or telephone answer messages. No answer to phonecalls.
5th Feb update.
I did reply and on Monday 1st Feb you sent me a request to monitor the charging unit as it charges. I am at work in the day so will monitor it this weekend. I do not think it is a flat battery as you suggest as the beeping starts after about 2 minutes of use from a full charge.
22nd Feb update
New battery delivered, delayed a few days trying it due to weather but the hoverboardis working fine now. Thanks very much.

Hoverboard and kart set & customer service.
Purchased hoverboard and kart set for my son. Sadly it malfunctioned shortly after he opened it.
I contacted hoverboard pro and explained the situation and what had happened. A new battery and charger were received the following day.
Unfortunately that did not fix the board. Contacted hoverboard pro and they arranged and sent me a return label. I sent the board back and received it back fully working again 3 days later.
Can’t fault the mans customer service or the service of the company itself.
