Hoverboardusa 

Would give NO STARS if that was an option. I ordered a hoverboard which was supposedly in stock. They charged $15.00 shipping. Four weeks later, no hoverboard, no contact with company and no tracking number. Their emails go unanswered and the email Paypal gave me is bogus. So I'm now trying to get a refund. The website looks so legit, but I'm wondering whether they are even a real compay. Save your money and grief and buy from Walmart. That's what I ended up doing and received the hoverboard in two days at almost the same price.

Hoverboard scooter is great, my kids used it for about 6 months of mostly scooting around the livingroom and driveway. Exactly 6 months after I bought it, it bricked. Costs too much for only 6 months of use!

poor cust service..poor followup...never answers the phone...poor poor poor. ordered limegreen hoverboard and Kart attachment. love the quality of the board. Order jul 15, rceived an email Jul 18 the Kart was backordered til Aug 10 to ask if I want to wait [option 1] or receive a refund [option 2]. choose option 1 never received acknowledgement...had to go to the website to learn the Kart is backorder til Aug 24. as of today still no confirmation after leaving 4 voice messages plus 3 live chats. Hire more cust svc rep..

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! False advertising, ZERO ability to contact anyone regarding your MISSING ORDER that was placed almost a month ago. I purposely ordered an “in stock” item that was available for next day shipping. My son’s birthday is today and guess what? NO PRESENT. Ordered it May 27th for next day shipping and I have nothing. I have tried numerous times to contact company by text, phone, chat, email. Have left messages as instructed and have received ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION. If they had production problems due to Covid then they should not have listed any products as available for next day shipping. Only this week did they post something on their web page about production problems due to covid and NO ONE has communicated anything to me by email. They had no problem charging my credit card immediately. BUYER BEWARE. Will update review when and if I ever get this order.

I wish I have read these reviews before I spend the economies of my kid to buy them a hoverboard!! I paid it on March 2020 and we are 22 Mai 2020 and haven’t received it yet. They don’t answer questions or whatsoever. I think strongly that they have decided to rip off the costumers by attractive prices until they empty their stock and shut down their project !!
I am predicting for sure that the hoverboard will stop working if it works initially and will have no hope getting a refund !!

Please do not buy from this place! I bought a hover board last year for my daughter and they did not charge so I emailed hoverboardusa and they asked me to return so I did . They sent me the return labels And they would let me know if they would be replaced or repaired or refunded. I emailed again and no response. I want to say till this day I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND, NOR A REPLACEMENT and they will not answer my emails. Looks like they closed shop.

Hoverboard USA is the worst company in the world!!!!!! How can an American company have zero customer support!?!?! I got a hover electric scooter yesterday and after assembling the scooter, charging it a few hours overnight, this morning wham the power refuses to stay on!!! It looks too for a few seconds and dies!!! So basically we never got to even use the scooter not even once! I'm a reviewer too, if I can't get ahold of anybody to ship me a new scooter or anything I am posting on Amazon reviews as a professional reviewer 0 stars!!! This is unacceptable!!! I'm the year of 2020 with make ways to contact people there should be no excuse to not have a single communication line for customers & the company!

Please do not buy from this place! I bought two hover boards last year for my grandchildren and they did not charge so I emailed hoverboardusa and they asked me to send pics of the hover boards so I did . They sent me the return labels And they would let me know if they would be replaced or repaired or refunded. I emailed again in March 2019 and they apologized for the delay and said would let me know of update soon. I want to say till this day I HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND, Nor REPLACEMENT and they will not answer my emails ! I grandchildren never got there xmas gift back! I was out $271.

I bought a $265 hover board at Christmas, 2018. It's now less than a year later. The charger has failed & hoverbardusa has completely disappeared. Two thumbs down.

If I could give no stars I would. Charger and charging port on hoverboard seemed tampered with and used. Customer service was rude. Total waste of $300.

Terrible. Never received product and have no way of getting a hold of anyone. $350 down the drain.

Purchased a Hoverboard from this company for my daughter. It stopped working properly within a few weeks and 1 side completely stopped working. Emailed the company and no reply. Emailed again as phone calls went nowhere and again nothing.
The Hoverboard ended up in the trash after trying to contact them for 4 months with no replies :(
Would NOT recommend this company. My Daughter was and still is heartbroken about this.

I have been trying to get a hold of this company for months because the hoverboard we bought for a large amount of money no longer works and I have sent dozens of emails with no response and I can’t call them because their phone is not working 😡 this company and their service, and products are horrible!! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM HOVERBOARD USA!

Shipping took a very long time even after multiple times of contact. Responses from customer service rep were rude and incomplete. 'Also hoverboard quit working after 45 days or so. Never even got to take it outside after receiving for Christmas gift. Buy from another vendor

I have called approximately five time since Christmas with no resolution. I bought a hoverboard for my son for Christmas and it doesn't work/charge. I don't know what to do with this expensive item that doesn't work and I have no idea where to take it to get fixed.

Back in November I ordered a hover board and was guaranteed I believe free 3 or 4 day shipping. 2 weeks later after not receiving my board I contacted the company and they offered me a free hover board case/bag, I actually received the bag before the actual hover board which was shocking to me. Luckily it arrived before Xmas but I would advise anyone ordering from them to order a month before it’s needed as the 3 or 4 day shipping guarantee is not reliable.

Well ordering and paying is easy, but try contacting them for any reason, ie., my product never worked, would not charge. Still sitting in the box trying to get a return label and they no longer even have a phone number to contact them. Do not use this company
