She was so kind and informative and explained the process to me in detail in a way that I could understand! She speaks English and Spanish which I found very helpful.

I googled this company about 4 days ago, did some research and left message. The same day I get a call from Liza, who explained so many things..she was nice and professional all in the same breath. She then got me on a scheduled call with Chris (wonderful guy) who also seemed str8 up about the company and if they were able to help my husband and I. Last but not least,
Allen (friendly not pushy n down to earth)basically sealed the deal. All 3 representatives show they take their work seriously and are all willing to help get us out of this nightmare and will definitely work with you regarding financing. They're wonderful ❤️

I am SO grateful to Kyle Marsh and How2Cxl. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! He really cared. He walked me through getting out of my time share that I regretted purchasing almost immediately and saved me over $20,000!!! He even followed up with me. That's customer service!

He broke down all the ways I was cohearsed into buying this time share. It's a waste without travel included. Get way better deals on Expedia..

Honestly, I thought my girlfriend and I were completely screwed into paying over $10k for a timeshare that we signed up for and regretted. The company posed as reputable and rushed us to the point of panic, offering a free trip to Hawaii but only for the first couple that signed up. A couple days later, we did some more research and found out the company, based in las vegas, was nothing but a bunch of scammers and liars. All the things they promised us turned out to be false, with a ton of negative reviews online to back it up by people that were in as deep as we were. THEN CAME BRIGITTE with how2cxl. She literally answered and immediately started trying to help. She asked to see the contract we signed and saw that we were still in the rescission period, sent us a template and advised us exactly what to do. We were overwhelmed with the huge document and she narrowed it down exactly what we needed to send, where to send it, how, and what to do next. She is literally the best, very empathetic towards our situation and so so helpful! Never will I fall for for the timeshare bullcrap again, but if anyone else finds themselves in the same boat as us, please please use this company to get out of it!

Kyle Marsh was very knowledgeable about my situation. He gave me good free advice that didn’t require me spending a dime. He was very polite and had no accent obstacle, which was made communication a delight!

On the evening of June 26, 2025 I filled out an online request to get information about getting out of a timeshare. In the morning on June 27 I got a call from Kyle Marsh. I explained to him that I had a timeshare in a condo but did not want to sell it at this time. I explained to him that I went to a presentation on Sunday, 29 June and purchased time in a vacation club. I told him I still had time to get out of it. 10 days he sent me some sites so I could look at to get some of the same destinations a lot cheaper without spending a large amount of money to get in. and they are your dues. He gave me verbiage to use and said I should do it today if I wanted to get out of it. By the end of the day on Thursday, I had to cancellation in the mail certified. He even called back to check with me to see how things were going. If I ever decide to sell my timeshare, I will definitely call Kyle 844-692-3779. I would recommend calling him if you have any questions about timeshares. He is very knowledgeable, helpful, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. Definitely an asset does the company he works for. Bridget was a very nice and amazing woman. She answered all my questions and she gave me extra information to help me with my problem of my cancellation of my tan stamp overall very nice and very bubbly person really enjoyed her time. Definitely such a great help I would definitely recommend her to help other people and to do great things.
