By far the worst law firm I’ve ever come across. Don’t meet deadlines. Ignore calls and won’t communicate at all. Please avoid!!!! Month deal on property due to them not communicating and still won’t!! Actually unbelievable from a law firm.
Death by inertia. The sale of the flat almost collapsed time and again saved only by the determination of the buyer. Outrageously poor behaviour throughout, never mind unprofessional.

They were appointed by our bridging loan lender (we paid their fees) and they took 4 months to push through an application with the land registry causing delays by taking weeks to respond to the land registry’s requests for information. When I politely requested that Howard Kennedy expedite the process I was met with condescending emails. Incompetency is one thing and I am willing to overlook if an apology and an effort to rectify is made. Sending me condescending emails evading responsibility for delays is another matter. Very disappointing.
