Howard's do seem to have the monopoly on car brands in Weston Super Mare. Saying that every show room we visited everyone was very helpful. We finally settled on a Hyundai and that was thanks to Stephen Newnham who was so informative, helpful and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble and he had a fantastic choice of biscuits!

Avoid Howards Kia Taunton unless you feel 5 months is an appropriate wait time for a warranty repair.
Not impressed with the standard of service, the parts delays or the reliability of the car. We won't be buying Kia again.

Recently purchased a used car. The whole process was seamless thanks to John. A few niggles before pick up were sorted efficiently. The car did develop some problems a few days later which to their credit they sorted, even taking it to a main dealership at no expense to me. The whole team who didn't dodge my phone calls or palm me off (even out of hours) are a credit to the Howards dealership.

My wife and I were on holiday in cheddar and we had been searching for an electric vehicle to suit our needs, we have already had a couple of electric cars but wanted something more comfortable SUV like, after narrowing it down, we were looking for a Peugeot e3008, we went along to the Weston-super-Mare branch to see if we could at least have a sit in one, we met Matt Huxtable who opened up a demonstrator car for us and even let us have a drive in it, it was lovely and we wanted one, although we couldn’t afford the price of a brand-new one and they didn’t have one in their branch they located one for us, I said to Matt I don’t know how we’re gonna be able to buy this because we live in North Norfolk and he said don’t worry if it’s what you want. I’ll get it delivered to you. I can honestly say this is the best experience of buying a car we have ever had. Matt is an absolute gentleman and true to his word a week later the car was delivered to our driveway and our exchange was taken back. The car is fantastic. If any of the managers from Howards are reading this please thank Matt for his devotion and care.

We have had Kia cars for a number of years and was unsure how things would be when Howards took over the dealership. What can I say, we went to the showroom yesterday and we always see Carl. What a great chap he is, he was very thorough and spent quite a lot of time with us sorting out what was best for us. Highly recommend Carl and Howard's including the service department too.

She even came in on her day off and met us at the Yeovil branch. I was happy with the way she dealt with the changeover and she made sure the vehicle was ready and everything was done as agreed.

What made my experience with this group good was they actually listened to what I wanted from my next car , how much I was wanting to pay for it . The advisor was very helpful, professional, he took me through all the options I could choose from and what additional things that were available. He came up with the car that I purchased, went through all the things I needed to know, after having a test drive with my , son I knew this is the car for me. The sales person was Bradley Bailey , he was very informative about everything I needed to know, he was a good sales person,and I would say an asset to the company, When I collected my car car Bradley was on holiday, so I was looked after by Simon , he too was very helpful and took me through everything. All the staff there are very professional,polite, and make you feel important and valued, it made my experience with them very pleasant.

I visited Howard's KIA to book a service.
But unfortunately had to have many visits to the dealership due to miner problems that cropped up from this, also the expected help and attitude from the service reception team was not up to the normal standard,
But this has now been resolved by the service Manager.. thank you Howards

The team at Peugeot are absolutely fantastic especially Sam & Greg nothing was too much trouble. Cannot recommend these guys enough great customer service. Was so impressed my mum & aunty also bought cars from them and received the exact same high standard of customer care as I did. You're both a credit to the company!!!!
