Today I 'popped' in to Howard Travel in Trowbridge and was greeted by Lisa Bowman who had met me only briefly once before. She listened to my very vague requirements and found me a lovely cruise holiday in April/May next year. One of her colleagues overheard my query regarding insurance (I am in my 80's) and kindly provided me with a possible suitable insurance company which has proved to be excellent advice. All round professional, friendly 5 star service.

Wayne at Howard Travel was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure that every aspect of our recent trip to Canada was taken care of. The advice he gave was brilliant.

Howard’s is our Travel Lifeline!! For many years now Wayne Aldridge has organised our flights and more to India and Turkey and we have really appreciated his positive cheerful encouraging and very patient approach! Most important of all he listens !!

We decided to approach Howard Travel, with regards to organising our honeymoon. Stuart was exceptionally helpful and responsive right from the get-go, and answered my numerous questions with patience and expertise. He gave us lots of options and different flight times / dates, and nothing seemed too much trouble! The result is that we have just booked our honeymoon, and it was such a luxury to have all the groundwork done for us, and in a very professional, friendly manner - so thank you, Stuart! I would highly recommend using Howard Travel, based on my experience.

Howard Travel, who we have successfully used in the past,
have been extremely helpful both with the original booking for our holiday, and with claiming the refund when it couldn't go ahead. Will certainly use them again for all our foreign holiday bookings.

As normal we booked our holiday through Howard Travel and everything was fine until Covid 19 reared it’s head. Our initial destination was cancelled as was the following two alternatives. We finally got away after choosing a forth destination and had a great holiday.

All the way through Howard Travel have been nothing but professional in amending and rebooking our holiday. In particular we must give Wayne our sincere thanks for the excellent Customer Service, advice and give recognition of his persistence in dealing with matters during these difficult times.

Our holiday was understandably cancelled due to COVID-19, but our large party of 15 people had no difficulties re-scheduling it to next year due to the professionalism and exceptional customer service shown by Hannah at Howard Travel. Hannah reassured us throughout and even went above and beyond to ensure our holiday next year will be even better at no extra cost to us. Hannah will definitely be our go-to travel agent for all future bookings!

Despite our cruise being understandably cancelled by P&O, Howard Travel have still provided excellent service and advice. Wayne especially has been very attentive and we look forward to booking with him for any future holidays. Would wholeheartedly recommend them.

We booked our holiday through the Trowbridge branch and dealt with Wayne who was very helpful. We had to cancel in the end and it was Hannah Rygor who helped us with getting our refund, she was very efficient and dealt with everything for us we did not have to make one phone call and she kept us in touch all the way, thank you so much

Howard Travel have organised my travel for decades. Their approach to service is genuine, sincere; it's just what they do. They guide me through my choices often with suggestions that I would never have thought of and nothing is ever too much trouble. Reassuringly they deal with any issues whilst away; things do happen. They ensure competitive prices so I don't have to worry there, or waste my time online, or being tempted by a price which turns out so quite what it seems; Ive heard the stories, just never experienced them. Amazing ! Howard travel looked after us when our holiday was cancelled. Their professionalism at this time was outstanding. Dealt with full refund of Trip to Jamaica and now have rebooked for same place with upgrade.
