Howdy Dudey Neon Reviews 

I rented a sign through Howdy Dudey for my wedding. When we plugged it in it worked for the first few hours but right as the sun started going down it started blinking. We tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and it didn't change anything so we had to keep it unplugged the reminder of the night. I contacted their customer service and their first comment was that if I had the dimmer plugged in, the sign will flash letting you know the dimmer is synced. We didn't have the dimmer plugged in, so that wasn't the issue but also if that is a problem why wouldn't you send that information in some directions? When I told them that wasn't the issue they said that they would look further into it when they received the sign back. I have now followed up with them twice since asking for an update and I have heard nothing back. It's unfortunate to spend the money on a sign when we weren't able to use the sign for half of my wedding and since they have their money they aren't interested in assisting my further

Easy process from start to finish. I appreciate the quick responses to any questions as well. I was nervous about shipping it back since I wasn’t in an area that I was familiar with due to my wedding being in a different state, but it was easy. The step by step guides in the paperwork inside the box was very helpful. Additionally, I had my sign shipped to my venue rather than to me and it arrived safe and perfect. I was able to address the item to my wedding coordinator and venue manager which made everything a smooth process. Wedding guests and vendors couldn’t stop talking about what an awesome touch the neon sign was to our reception! Couldn’t be happier as a customer!

Howdy Dudey has absolutely fantastic customer service, and plays such an important role in the neon sign marketplace. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on a sign only to use it once, and when my wedding planner suggested Howdy Dudey I was thrilled to have a rental option at such a reasonable price point. When I had to postpone my 2020 wedding, Howdy Dudey was my only vendor who refunded my deposit no questions asked. I was thrilled to support a small, female-owned business this year when my wedding finally happened! Thank you so much, and I will definitely be a repeat customer in the future.

Their signs are high quality, but what really sets them a part is their renting process. From initial contact to return, everything was flawless. Howdy Dudey did a great job accomodating an event for me at the last minute. They worked with me to get the neon sign here on time and were super accommodating! It turned out beautiful! The website made it super easy to find out what's available the dates I needed it.

Rental process exceeded my expectations. I received the Neon sign a few days before our event and it came with instructions and mailing slip as well as the recycle box to send back. The sign was the perfect sign for the green wall picture backdrop at my wedding. And the pricing was the best I found.
