Dropping one star for delivery though - don't believe the notes option for delivery ...we asked for it to be tucked behind the gate and those instructions were printed on the parcel - but it was still dumped in front of the front door and left for all to see! :-/

They sorted out a delivery problem.
They sorted out a delivery problem by DHL who failed to deliver to the property over an 5 day period. Even going so far as to arrange another shipment via DPD. Which arrived the next day !

The Makita polisher/sander was a better…
The Makita polisher/sander was a better tool than expected and works very well (not totally surprising as I'm very pleased with all my other Makita tools). It was reasonably priced and arrived quickly. It is a genuine article in a market with a lot of fakes. The website was easy to navigate and the paperwork was all in order, clear and consistent. Tracking was good through DPD. I will be happy to use Howe Tools again.

Yes you can trust this brand!
