Absolutely outstanding customer service
Absolutely outstanding customer service. The courier company delivered my parcel to a wrong address and was supposed to take 10 days to investigate their error, which meant I was going to be left with no gift for my friend. Hoxton went above and beyond and shipped another bottle free of charge the very same day. My friend swears it's the best gin she's ever tried and I'll take her word for it.

Hoxton turned my head
I went off rum for years but then I tried the Hoxton Banana Rum mixed with Ginger Beer (as they recommend) and wow! Not sickly, not overpowering. I thought the banana would taste synthetic like those foam banana sweets. But no! Pleasantly surprised. Now I need to refrain from buying 5 more..

Lovely gins - Highly recommended
Some delightful gins that can be enjoyed anywhere but especially nice on a sunny day in the garden. Packed full of flavour and thoroughly refreshing.

Very poor customer service
Really poor customer service from Hoxton Spirits. I was looking forward to trying one of their gins and placed my order on 23rd March. Firstly I never received confirmation of my order. Secondly I had to chase twice to find out what has happened to my order. Thirdly most other companies would send out a replacement once it was clear that the courier had lost the item, but not Hoxton Spirits, they did nothing of the sort.
So if their gin is anything like their customer service, then I’m glad not to have tried it.

We would have shipped you a replacement, so I apologise that this was not offered sooner. Yummy drinks, great service
Really like the tropical gin but especially love the banana rum! Delivery was really fast and great communication too which is always a nice touch.
